So I see the sets of 16s and ask an employee there, a really tall guy. If these would fit this specific model of vehicle with stock original tire layouts. He said, well are they 16s? I said, well Yes. And he replied with. They will fit then. I immediately knew that wasn't a correct answer, also note I had not told him yet what type of car it was yet. I asked well can you look up in your system to see if this "Part" is compatible with the specific vehicle. He said they can't do that. They don't have a system for that. Which is absolutely nonsense in inaccurate. Any major auto store has a system for making sure parts are compatible. Had a similar situation with hubcaps many years ago and Advanced auto parts confirmed it would work with the car. Not only that 16 inch hubcaps are not universal to all 16 inch wheel frames. So the statement of if they are 16 inch then 16 inch caps would fit is not correct.

There is no sign or person under this blue tent. I had even pulled up to ask where I should park for an oil change. It would have been nice if the person said Park there and then go to blue tent. Once I go back outside there is still nobody under the tent because he was having an hour long convo with another customer. I waited another 20 minutes because the one person actually working on all the cars could not help. 40 minutes later, I had requested an oil change, instead of being on the way to being done.

All 4 tires looked like new. One tire started splitting on the sidewall and it was about 4pm on a Sunday. Luckily I purchased 2 new tires for my old rims. Jason removed my new tire from my old rim and put it on my new rim very quickly and he was very friendly. An excellent example of an outstanding employee. I left very happy and I will definetly return as a future customer.

Spent $1800 on four new tires as a previous customer twice before with two new sets of tires and a…read more6 inch lift. You would think the owner then would have a little bit more respect and understanding when he installed new tires but did not replace a cheap valve stem which evidently caused a slow leak on a new tire less than 16 hours after installation, causing a flat on a highway, followed by a tow and another new purchase of a tire ($500). Ben is refusing to replace the tire because his distributor will not replace it for free for him clearly Ben is new to resolving business conflict and failing to do the right thing to a repeat customer who has spent over $12,000 over five years do not recommend will not go back. Lost a customer for life. A easy replacement would have been a normal fix in the situation.
