He explained the situation to Phil the manager and I asked to speak to the manager regarding my car issues and he quoted me 3 times the cost to repair my vehicle and I have to wait until the next day for parts. I called my boyfriend and he was able diagnose my issues on car over video massage and I had the local mobile mechanic. Repairs the issue and half of price and half time I was quoted for the repair originally by Firestone tired company. Don't walk but run away from the company. Once I go back outside there is still nobody under the tent because he was having an hour long convo with another customer. All 4 tires looked like new. One tire started splitting on the sidewall and it was about 4pm on a Sunday. Luckily I purchased 2 new tires for my old rims. Jason removed my new tire from my old rim and put it on my new rim very quickly and he was very friendly. An excellent example of an outstanding employee. Firestone said they only worked on 2 (my car actually has 4 wheels, not 2!) and it STILL vibrates from imbalance just like when I brought it in. This was the SECOND time I paid to have this done- STILL never actually did the work. On top of that, they lost the center caps for the wheels and now I have to purchase replacement caps for the ones they lost. Overall, terrible service and caused me to have to replace parts they lost -- all while I paid TWICE to get this done and now have to find a reputable shop to actually get the work done (third time to pay for a very simple tire balancing). But at least the service from Firestone was consistent - they always seem to do really bad work, so at least I was prepared for this. Moral of the story-- go ANYPLACE but Firestone if you need proper work on your vehicle. Lesson learned.

Time running out before the trip I took a chance on this Firestone. Even worse...I was going to try a walk-in. Believe me, I saw the poor reviews and was nervous. But my gf's grandma is a long time customer and said they always treated her right. Well, I'm glad I came in. Lucked out and they weren't too busy. After a quick chat with Brad, he rush ordered the special oil my Dodge Challenger (SRT with scat pak) needed and got the beast in the bay and they went to work immediately. I know it's hard finding a good auto shop and everyone may have different experiences, so I wanted to document my great experience here. Brad also said as of two years ago it's new management so maybe that helps. And treat the people there as the specialists they are and hopefully you'll have a good experience too.
