They started conversation as "You are not our customer" simply because I got their service through the insurance. I wish it were misunderstanding, but how they deal with my review tells a lot of things. ------------------------------------------ I hate to leave negative review because you guys did the job done. But I must tell you, one of your guys, Basim really does not seem to care about your customers. I called you guys for lock out service, and he showed up on site, then he did not walk out of his car for more than 20 minutes because he was on the phone with his friends or whatever. And my car was running, and I am pretty sure that he saw me as well because I was standing by my car which was really close to his. Then he slowly walked out of his car and did the job which takes about 30 seconds. I already waited like 45 minutes and had to wait 20 minutes longer after he arrived because he did not get out of his car. Very horrible customer service, I can tell.

Sad day. Have used Clinton Alignment for years for brakes, mufflers and tires. Was scheduled for…read more4 new tires today and was told I could drop off car at 9:00 am and it would take about an hour. I could wait or they had a shuttle service that could take me home and pick me up. I decided I would wait there. When I got there they said it would take 3 hours and they would shuttle me home. I asked if they would call me when it was done and they said yes. 4 hours later my wife drove me over as I was unable to reach them by phone. The car had not been moved. Nothing done. The service adviser, Jason, then started making excuses. They were short a couple techs, so busy, .... The shuttle driver had earlier told me they were short one tech who was on his honeymoon. Not exactly an unscheduled absence. Jason then said they would get the tires on and I specifically asked if he would call me when it was done. He said yes. 4:30 rolls around and I have not heard anything so I call them. The car is done and Jason said he sent a data message but it might have not gone through. When I paid, Phil said "thanks for your patience". No, "sorry we really messed up today" or "I'm taking $50 off your bill today for the hassle". As I started with, sad day. Last time I will be going there. Larry V
