The receptionist was very kind and trust me some of the patients in the waiting room were not kind to her. I hope not to need urgent care, but if I do, this is my first choice. I have witnessed many changes; upgrades and improvements to the facility as well as the hiring of more highly qualified specialists. Slowly and carefully dealing with the recent passing of my birth mother, my care team has advised and ordered many tests. Most of us are aware that roots run deep. My mom suffered with heart issues and one of those issues caused her death. I arrived early for my bloodwork and EKG. I have two follow up appointments next week and will keep you posted. Everyone is always so nice and professional. They take really good care in making me comfortable knowing my fear of needles. There is one thing that recently disappointed me. That is finding out that my primary care physician is retiring at the end of this month. Something I was not aware of. The receptionist kept stating that a letter was supposed to be mailed out. I'm happy I will get to see her next week, say goodbye and wish her well.

The utter stupidity, attitude of "I'll get my work done with you after I'm done shopping, laughing, planning baby shower, walking around getting nothing done, ..." is OUTRAGEOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Since when did low level employees get the idea that their personal needs are met first, during work hours, even though a PATIENT IS STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT YOU?
