Not sure what that meant, but it was very offputting as I was trying to enjoy my experience walking around the store. I think employees should not be screaming over the intercom and yelling at other employees. I myself work in a professional work environment, and that behavior would not be tolerated.

I told them I was just going too pick it up and take it somewhere else and they hung up phone on me ... so when I picked it up I was told their technician just got back to the shop to work on stuff and they had a rack available for them to work on it .. already got lied to enough by them so I loaded it up and left .. so it's correct when when everyone tells you if you don't buy from them they won't work on it

Family owned local business is a good start. Average Labor prices, very fair on parts. Not always large parts inventory but typically can get pretty quick. They do have trouble keeping good mechanics, so there can be a wait list, but they do good work, and they do their best to fit people in and keep everyone rolling. Owner and head mechanic is Harley Trained tech with many years of knowledge and hands on experience. Very detail oriented; they catch and point out the little things other shops let slide, and offer advice. I've had three different bikes in here and each was fixed quick and proper with no return visits. Recently bought tires from them, just a few bucks more, but local, in stock and less than dealers. So I go to get them installed they tell me manufacturer has a rebate; score! during my shopping nobody else ever mentioned it, so ultimately I got them less than I would have paid elsewhere. Motorcycles are expensive, precious traveling companions so you need a shop like this to rely on.

2 stars right now only cause we haven't gotten our bike back yet. Came in to the shop and Ordered a…read moreback tire May 9th. Was told it would be there either the following Tuesday or Wednesday. So we made an appt for May 16th to go get the oil changed and the tire put on. We dropped the bike off the evening of May 15th and at drop off was told the tire should be there the May 16th or the following day Friday. Made a call Friday to see if it was in, they said no it would be in Monday or tuesday. Called again this past Monday the 20th and the tire still hadn't come but looked it up and said it would be here today Thursday and if I got there early enough we would have the bike back. Well here we are and the tire came, but it's the front tire!!! They ordered the wrong tire I'm thinking they didn't even order the original one now. So now we're going ahead and getting the front put on cause we were going to in a few weeks anyways but then we had to go ahead and get the other tire now since they ordered the wrong tire. And now we don't have a bike for a holiday weekend and it'll be delayed because of the holiday. EDIT TO ADD Now the tire is there. Has been there for 2 days and of course the only mechanic they have hasn't been in on the the only 3 days he works. This place is a frickin joke. Idk how you can run a business basically holding peoples stuff hostage. 2 weeks. They have had our bike for. And it's been 20 days since we even ordered the intial tire. What the hell are you going to do to make this right Joe?!?! What a frickin joke. ETA. Now we found someone to come get the bike and tires but it's completely torn apart and they won't let someone come get it so we can have our bike back after 2 weeks.
