5 months ago, I scheduled a new patient appointment at this office…read more The dentist and staff informed me that I needed a deep cleaning because of "significant bone loss". However, my insurance disagreed and would not cover the cost of the procedure. After contacting this office and giving them the phone number to my insurance to talk them into covering the cost, the staff told me they'd call me back to schedule after they got in touch with my insurance. I was never contacted again. Today I went to a new dentist. The x rays showed no bone loss and all I needed was a regular cleaning. Unfortunately I could not receive the cleaning because this office lied to my insurance, said they performed the deep cleaning, and collect the money for it. I never had an appointment with this office after my initial new patient appointment. And since it hasn't been 6 months since this procedure this office lied about performing, I cannot receive the dental care I need at this time. I have reported this office for fraud.

Rob McKonkey is exceptional as the Director of the department. He is very thorough in his patient evaluation and plan for recovery for the patient. Betsy Peters was my first therapist after Rob and she made me comfortable from the start. Carla Dubois provided the remainder of my treatments and was so kind and thorough each visit. We are so fortunate to have this wonderful service with outstanding people here in our community. I highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy services.

I had a conversation with the administrator a few months back and one thing he said to me that will always stick in my head is that he is "team resident." there's no doubt in my mind that he would go above and beyond for every resident here.
