They pointed at the wall where they were, but would not assist me. They acted like I wasn't even there. So I went back to the showroom to wait to sign my papers. I didn't know anything about helmets. I went back into the parts area to ask about the luggage I ordered, and they were showing a young lady all the helmets and telling her all about them. Pissed me off. I had just spent over 10K, and that's the way I was treated. Then I was told that when my luggage was installed, they would call me and tell me the Ryker was ready. So I get the call that it was ready. I had to get an Uber to get me there so I could ride back. I arrived, and the luggage wasn't installed, and they didn't even have it yet. That was the whole point. So I have to make another 25-mile trip to get back there. No one has mentioned the service I need or talked to me about scheduling any. I'm on my own after buying from them, but you would think they would want the revenue from selling me a helmet and getting my maintenance there. Nope, that's not happening. I got a great helmet for 300 at Cycle Gear (they explained helmets in detail) and will find a shop to do the maintenance that I'm not able to do. I learned another lesson.
