My daddy recently passed away 2/16/20 & they were just so wonderful, when they came to my house to pick up his body after he had passed at home with my husband and myself they were ever so gentle with him, they were so very respectful, everything the did and said was done with so much love and empathy. They are very respectful charismatic, loving, kind, nurturing sweet people. Everything they did and offered us during our time of need was so very tasteful and elegant. The prices were quite fair as well. I didn't feel like I was being lied to or taken for a ride on anything I did with them and even still months on down the road they still maintain contact and send me cards making sure that I am okay. This is thus far the best place you could ever possibly want to go if you ever unexpectedly or suddenly loose someone you love and care about. I promise you will not regret going here ever and you'll be so glad when you do go with them. Most definitely wouldn't ever regret it!

After making three trips including the final decision trip with our son's family to find the right headstone for his final resting place I walked out of their "showroom" when she called us ridiculous. We didn't want to compromise. Her pushy sales approach and smack you on the forehead technique was so offensive she obviously needs to reconsider her career. Our son passed away. She obviously doesn't care about the state of trauma we are in. On what planet does calling us ridiculous is that ok? My son is gone. No one can bring him back. But I can and will direct some of my frustrations on this company regarding their sales tactics and the way they try and take advantage of families that may appear to be vulnerable. Lindsey, you should be ashamed of yourself. To the owners, we expect an apology. I used their Rivermonte location and had the absolute worst experience of my entire life.
