He pointed out that I had limited movement in my foot, and ankle (from an old ankle fracture) that contributed to my hip, and low back pain. He prescribed some therapy that I continue to do on my own, which has my eliminated my back pain. On the days it flairs up, I know what exercises to do to alleviate it. I found Kyle (on Yelp) and enlisted him to help me continue my physical therapy while on vacation. He was really helpful in assessing my needs and designing a program for strengthening my legs and continuing to improve the range of motion in my knee. He also helped me to address other issues with my hip which were complicating the recovery of my knee. He's really knowledgable and has a great demeanor, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

The 2 ladies at the front desk are completely rude and I would give more stars if they got new front desk employees. They called the police on my husband while we were sitting in the waiting room. They claimed he was intoxicated which of course he wasn't. It was embarrassing and was completely ridiculous. We've been going there for about 2 months and have been harrassed every time by these 2 employees. I've never been treated so badly before in my life.

Overall in 2014 we had a great experience here. Unfortunately, this place was taken over by Centegra at the beginning of 2015. We had been going there weekly and in the 3rd week in January 2015, I asked for an invoice. I was told by office staff they no longer handled billing, that Centegra now does it and they are behind on their invoicing. So we continued services until first week of April when I finally received an invoice for January. In 2014, we were being billed $150 per hour, all of a sudden we were now being billed $313 per hour. YES, MORE THAN TWICE WHAT WE HAD BEEN PAYING for the last year. No one ever notified us of the increase in per visit cost, at any point in 2015. I have gone around and around with Centegra billing only to have them tell me "we can offer you financial assistance if you qualify". I feel we were given the "bait and switch" here by Centegra, and they waited three months to tell us of the more than doubling of the per visit cost. I have told Centegra I will be happy to pay what we had been previously paying since we were NEVER notified of the HUGE increase ($313 per hour for speech therapy???). They are basically saying, too bad you didn't get notified, but you are SOL. This is a great place with good people about to be ruined by Centegra's blatant inflated billing to insurance companies. I know for a fact I am not the only one outraged over this blatant overbilling of clients.
