The 2 ladies at the front desk are completely rude and I would give more stars if they got new front desk employees. They called the police on my husband while we were sitting in the waiting room. They claimed he was intoxicated which of course he wasn't. It was embarrassing and was completely ridiculous. We've been going there for about 2 months and have been harrassed every time by these 2 employees. I've never been treated so badly before in my life.

Overall in 2014 we had a great experience here. Unfortunately, this place was taken over by Centegra at the beginning of 2015. We had been going there weekly and in the 3rd week in January 2015, I asked for an invoice. I was told by office staff they no longer handled billing, that Centegra now does it and they are behind on their invoicing. So we continued services until first week of April when I finally received an invoice for January. In 2014, we were being billed $150 per hour, all of a sudden we were now being billed $313 per hour. YES, MORE THAN TWICE WHAT WE HAD BEEN PAYING for the last year. No one ever notified us of the increase in per visit cost, at any point in 2015. I have gone around and around with Centegra billing only to have them tell me "we can offer you financial assistance if you qualify". I feel we were given the "bait and switch" here by Centegra, and they waited three months to tell us of the more than doubling of the per visit cost. I have told Centegra I will be happy to pay what we had been previously paying since we were NEVER notified of the HUGE increase ($313 per hour for speech therapy???). They are basically saying, too bad you didn't get notified, but you are SOL. This is a great place with good people about to be ruined by Centegra's blatant inflated billing to insurance companies. I know for a fact I am not the only one outraged over this blatant overbilling of clients.

Whether we were standing by a barn or between some trees, it was all so beautiful and perfect for our fall wedding. They had several horses out, who happily came up to us for some petting and hay-feeding. They were so friendly, which I would expect since they work with children and adults with disabilities. We didn't run into anyone else while we were here, so it was peaceful and quiet and I'm sure our pictures will turn out absolutely stunning.

After seeing what it has done for her and the success she has experienced, I decided to give it a try. The staff is very friendly and willing to address all areas of concern that I had. Already, I am feeling muscles that I haven't used for awhile due to chronic knee pain. I have only been going a short time, but already feeling stronger.
