I even spoke to a manager who told me to directly mail documents to Freedom Mortgage in Indiana to resolve this issue. After mailing the documents, I call back to ensure they've received after tracking verified they had arrived. They say they can't find them. The next representative I spoke to who couldn't find them said I could just upload the documents. After uploading, they just send me a generic, ambiguous message saying they are working on it. Unacceptable if you have a choice, avoid this company at all costs.

Investors title could have called and told me so I didn't have to drive 45 minutes up here now have to drive 45 minutes home and back up here again. BS. Why didn't they push closing? This is day one stuff for a closing company. I always use Voyager title and love their service but the buyer picked this spot, will never agree to use investors title again.
