We have had a unit there for years. Somewhere between New Year's and mid-March someone broke in (assuming bolt cutter on the lock?) and took some of our belongings, ones that looked like they could be easily resold. There are apparently no security cameras. The gravel roads coming into the facility often have deep trenches from being washed out in the rain, and there is no maintenance done as far as salt on the ice on the "streets" between units in the winter. That said, they are affordable and the new management seems far better than the last one, who kept horrible records and had sketchy accounting practices (as far as record-keeping.) so hopefully things will be improving. read more
