Was told by phone that monthly autopay was available, mentioned that I want to store for 4 months and I want autopay to be set up. 4 months later, was told that autopay was not set up for my account and I had to pay around 800$ extra to retrieve my stuff due to late fees. I was never informed via phone during this four months while I'm on vacation other than an vague email notice. This happened two years ago but now that I see this business here on yelp I have to write this to inform people, just show you how bad of an experience this was. Ridiculous place and considered suing them but ended up just paying them and avoiding any legal hassle. Unethical and disgusting business, would never recommend!!
