The rates are more than competitive and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can say that they literally bent over backwards to help me. Yes she wasn't able to pay the bill, covid has hurt a lot of people. They didn't work with her and were very rude. Just told that her stuff was in the dumpster. I believe that is BS. They wouldn't just throw stuff away, they would sell it to make some money out of it. We aren't stupid. I called last night and left a voice message. I have yet to get a call back. Their customer service is garbage. They don't care about people as humans. I am in the business of customer service, if I acted the way they did I wouldn't have a job anymore. I would look into other storage places before picking this company.

It's not difficult, but if this can be for you, perhaps go with someone who can help you. There are always people coming and going here to drop off items at all hours given the weekday.
