Saars disposal left a 96 gallon garbage can at my property me being a reasonable person. I thought I would call them and tell them that there was a can here of theirs mind you these can probably cost $150 I was just being a nice guy and trying to return it to its rightful owner, so I called them And told them there was a can owned by them on my property and ask them to come pick it up and here's where the story turns shitty this is a horrible company. They came and picked their garbage can and there was 6 inches of garbage in the bottom. They dumped it out between the curb and the sidewalk on my property. I called them and explain to them what happened and they said it's not they're garbage so they came and picked up their can and littered on my property and refused to pick it up after I called and complained about them littering on my property so I am going to file charges against them which I think is ridiculous. When I was trying to be the nice person and getting their can back to them they did that to me which I don't feel is right so I would not recommend this company to anyone horrible business practice

The final costs were almost exactly the same as their estimate. Jack and Jennifer provided great administrative support. communicated thoroughly and timely, and answered all our questions promptly. The work crew was led by John, who had decades of experience, and he and his team (Troy, Ron, and Zach) were likeable people who were experienced, strong, methodical, careful, respectful, thoughtful, serving, and a joy to have in our home. They jumped at any chance to help us in every detail. They packed everything with great care, and moved our grand piano and all our goods with total professionalism so that we had no significant damages or losses. It was so nice to watch them work as a seamless team, interacting as a group of friends would do. They were careful to lay out protective carpets and other items to preserve our space. They unloaded the trucks, bringing each item to the rooms in our new home where we wanted it, and spent time to reassemble beds and other items that had been disassembled for shipment. We're very grateful to each member of their team and couldn't recommend Williamsport Moving & Storage more highly.

The woman that assisted me with the rental was very friendly. The pricing is reasonable and my unit looked brand new. They have rodent traps around the facility which help to ease some concern I have about my belongings sitting in storage for a few months. The only minor issue I have is that you do have to drive up an incline going into the facility but it really isn't a big deal. I love that I can pay my monthly invoice online through their website. Once you have a unit you can set up a portal on their website and make payments that way. They recently put down fresh pavement and seem to take pride in their facility. I feel that my stuff is safe and I would definitely recommend Muncy Self Storage to anyone in the Muncy area.

Now I was woken up by a construction crew changing out their front sign - AT 1AM1?!? It took me a minute to figure out where it was coming from - but there they are, ladder and all. Chatting loudly, using a nail gun and a motorized drill loud enough to sound like its right outside my building, but it's all the way across the street. I feel completely let down by their lack of professionalism and responsibility. I would not recommend this business to anyone. There are plenty of other dry cleaning services that actually take responsibility and value their customers--I would strongly recommend choosing one of them instead.

I called Faxon and Mike welcomed us and our needs. He did a magnificent restoration job in one week and helped make a wonderful day.
