My mother was in her house for 30 years, so there was plenty to do. They were careful, they were neat, and they were efficient. They had utmost respect for the items being moved and for the people. Had to sit there and wait for owner Daryl to call me since the people in the office couldn't do a thing to help. Major inconvenience waiting with a moving truck in 90 degree weather. Fast forward 3 months...Moved out Oct 29th and still waiting for my deposit back (left unit in pristine, clean condition). No response to my e-mails or phone calls (but they surely can send you constant reminders and texts to pay when your rent is due!). Finally had to involved BBB and charge back to my credit card. Website is also total false advertising...units not climate controlled, or gated nor any security whatsoever. Right in the middle of a yard where trucks come to drop off fill so dusty as heck. Trust me...pay a little more and go somewhere else. This place is bad news.
