I called quite a few places and was trying to arrange this from a state away. AA Self Storage was quick and courteous on the phone - AND had the best rates of anywhere we looked! I told them the date we expected to arrive and thought that was that. The day before and morning of - I got a text from them (AWESOME customer service) confirming. The unit was perfect - They even provided the lock! We will be using AA Self Storage for our son ever semester from now on - and we will be recommending them to other parents.

I used them back in the last century (1998) and they were easy to work with. Recently, I helped a…read morepoor friend when she became homeless by renting a storage unit there for her. It's $85 a month but the owner keeps piling on late fees to bring it over $100/month. (That's like 180% interest.) The corker was when AA called me on a Saturday, when the banks are closed, and told me that on Monday AM, they would send the account to collection and there would be $100 ADDITIONAL fee added on. I'm paying it for her. This is why poor people can never get out of debt. I recommend you store your things elsewhere.

The rates are more than competitive and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can say that they literally bent over backwards to help me. Special thanks to Amy, who went above and beyond to help me. It is hands down, the best storage facility that I have ever used. I highly recommend them.

My mom had a storage locker there. I had some things in there as well because I am in Indiana and…read moreshe were keeping it for me. She found out yesterday that her stuff was in the dumpster. Yes she wasn't able to pay the bill, covid has hurt a lot of people. They didn't work with her and were very rude. Just told that her stuff was in the dumpster. I believe that is BS. They wouldn't just throw stuff away, they would sell it to make some money out of it. We aren't stupid. I called last night and left a voice message. I have yet to get a call back. Their customer service is garbage. They don't care about people as humans. I am in the business of customer service, if I acted the way they did I wouldn't have a job anymore. I would look into other storage places before picking this company.

Saars disposal left a 96 gallon garbage can at my property me being a reasonable person. I thought I would call them and tell them that there was a can here of theirs mind you these can probably cost $150 I was just being a nice guy and trying to return it to its rightful owner, so I called them And told them there was a can owned by them on my property and ask them to come pick it up and here's where the story turns shitty this is a horrible company. They came and picked their garbage can and there was 6 inches of garbage in the bottom. They dumped it out between the curb and the sidewalk on my property. I called them and explain to them what happened and they said it's not they're garbage so they came and picked up their can and littered on my property and refused to pick it up after I called and complained about them littering on my property so I am going to file charges against them which I think is ridiculous. When I was trying to be the nice person and getting their can back to them they did that to me which I don't feel is right so I would not recommend this company to anyone horrible business practice

They accepted credit cards, no surcharge/fee (one google review I saw mentioned an additional % fee for cards, but I'm guessing the business's policy has since changed). Good covid precautions right now - they limit 4 customers in the store at a time (I didn't have to wait at all), masks required, and the owner/employee were masked up. They have a store dog, who was just sleeping peacefully behind the counter. I would go back for any notary/title needs!
