We were referred to Neal Pest Control by my in-laws who have used them previously. Neal scheduled an appointment to come out and treat the issue and from the initial interaction has been nothing but positive to deal with. On the initial visit they discussed the options around a one-time treatment or an annual service plan that would both take care of the issue of the day and would provide a quarterly visit on a go-forward basis both for preventative treatment and for any new issues noticed. With a cost-friendly annual offering, we opted for that service and have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service. During the pandemic, any inside treatments and visits are handled with a mask and safety in mind and we have not had any recurrence of ants. A great, local company and one definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend the annual plan as its cost-effective, easy to budget for and provides good peace of mind. Good stuff all around!

They have been unable to provide exclusion services and after two years we have more mice than ever. Over the past year one died under the floor and stunk. Neal wouldn't remove it so we had to pay an HVAC contractor. Two weeks ago another dead mouse stunk in the crawl space. They got that one out. Now we have scratching behind a wall. I called them and was told there is nothing more they can do. Wouldn't even come to address the mouse scratching in the wall. They claim there is an area under the house where pipes enter the dirt that is the point of entry and beyond their scope. I said I was happy to get a contractor to work with them but was refused and just kept hearing , there isn't anymore we can do. In fact all homes in my area have the same pipe situation and no signs of mice tunneling through feet of dirt to get in. My contractor looked at the spot Neal identified and said no signs of tunnels, foot prints or droppings. Tim their tech believes it is another area he tries to seal. Most time he uses foam and screening but each time he checks it, the work has deteriorated. When I got in touch with Neal Pest Control last week I expected they would partner with me and or a contractor that could provide exclusion services but instead I was told " There is nothing more we can do". I understand some mouse activity but increased activity when Neal is providing service is not acceptabl. They know how to kill mice but not how to get them out and keep them out. Their exclusion services do not work. As a result I have discontinued working with them for both our properties. They did offer a full refund after I mentioned my intent to leave a review. I would have preferred working with them and partnering with a contractor to better seal up my crawl space issues. I needed them to guide a contractor to the areas they thought were and issues and come up with a plan. Sad ending. I hoped for better. It really felt like they were looking for a way out because they didn't have the expertise to help us. They basically cut and run when the going gets tough. Now looking for a new service.

Bob was professional, prompt, communicative, and pricing was very fair. Our issue was ~20 wasps aggressively flying around on our front porch and we were unable to find the nest. Bra-Wey came out the very next day and was incredibly punctual. Within just 5 minutes, Bob identified that the wasp nest was likely hidden beneath some boulders and sprayed the areas where the wasps were likely hiding. He was excellent with communication, explaining to me to keep my dog away from the area and that he inserted some warning yellow flags in the ground to warn about the sprayed area. He said he would come back the following week if the wasp activity persists and was even planning on sending a worker over to weed whack the area to ensure the wasps would be eliminated. He then texted with the same instructions. Within a few hours, the wasps were all gone. THANK YOU!
