I am SOOOOOO pleased with the amazing service offered by this company. They were prompt, professional and personable in their removal of mice and mold from my crawl space. When I told them not to worry about another area, they told me that they "would not feel right" if they didn't address it equally! They removed 24 years worth of holiday decorations (DOZENS OF BOXES!), wiped each one of them with disinfectant and neatly replaced them. Thank you, Pest Pros!! If I could rate you a 10, I would add 2 plus signs. GREAT COMPANY!! read more

Service is NOT guaranteed as stated. We signed up for service about a year ago. Their customer service is inadequate, it took several visits for them to seal so holes that they pointed out on a previous visit. They were out two weeks ago to spray for pests. Today I called to report that we have seen spiders inside the house & would them to come respray. The woman on the other end of the phone told me there would be an additional charge. I asked her why to which she replied spiders aren't covered under the service guarantee. To which I told her to removed us from her customer list & that I will call Terminex. My neighbor also uses them as I'm a the person in change of letting them in when they come to spray. Looks like they'll lose that customer as well. read more

Cape Cod Pest Pros - The service guarantee on their website..... don't believe them !!!! - Pest Control Near Me - Pocasset, Massachusetts

Without a doubt Cape Cod Pest is by far the best extermination service I have ever used. The whole team is friendly, knowledgable and caring with understanding your pest control needs. Just to name a few Erin and Callie front office, Jeff service technician and Kenny and Dan, the owners. They are very responsive to calls other than your routine servicing. Also, they will refer you to other reputable service technicians beyond the scope of their services. If you are searching for an exterminator or thinking of changing .. this is the company! read more

These guys were great. My tenant said they thought they found termites. Pest prow were willing to come out that day, but the tenant wanted them the next day. It turns out the bugs were not termites and the inspection was free. Danyel was super friendly and really seemed to know his business. I appreciated him not giving me a hard sell on other services. I will use them for any future pest problems. read more

No one is pleased to learn that their home has rodents. Despite that, Pest Pros were great from start to finish. Jeff's initial inspection was thorough and professional, despite the sweltering heat he needed to work in. The work crew led by Jeff was likewise fabulous. They arrived on time, worked 2 full long days, always making time to explain what they were doing and answering questions. We feel great that we selected Pest Pros. While it was not an inexpensive service, I truly believe one gets what one pays for. You absolutely can't go wrong with these guys. Jerry F. read more

We have been using Pest Pros since we moved to the Cape almost 4 years ago. They are wonderful. Today an employee named Mike came to address a nest on our back deck. It turned out to be a bald faced hornets nest and Mike gave me an education on them while he was here taking down the nest. They are rather interesting bees. I would highly recommend this company!!! Thank you Mike!!! read more

We have been customers of Cape Cod Pest Pros for over 5 years and their service has always been excellent. We have quarterly visits and the team that they send out (this week it was Mike and Shaun who were great) are always very professional and take the time to explain to us what they have done and the status of our house's issues. Cape Cod Pest Pros are also excellent for special calls. Each summer we have at least one hornet's nest that attach to our house and the Pest Pros come out usually same day for no extra charge. Great service and a reasonable price. read more

Our home in Marion, MA is the second location at which we've used Pest Pros. The issues here (new purchase of an older home where regular maintenance had been deferred) were more extensive and more immediate...mold, rodents, pests. The whole enchilada. Pest Pros spent two days remediating our problems. The team kept us informed about what they found, what they did, and what they will do in future preventive maintenance. This family-owned business has customer service down to a tee. We'd recommend them to any home owner in their service area. read more

Hello Dan, I want to take a minute to let you know how pleased we were with the services provided by Jacob, Jesus and Danny. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining issues and remedies, punctual, took extra steps to keep our home as protected and clean as possible during their work, and trustworthy. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in our home while I occasionally ran errands. They also were incredibly thorough throughout the entire removal, cleaning, protecting and reinsulating process. We feel very fortunate that they were the crew taking care of this situation. Everyone in the office and the other techs who came out were great as well. Thank you. read more

The ants decided to live in our home and George came to the rescue. Now the ants are gone and we are happy campers. Fast, effficient service and reasonable prices make CC Pest Pros our choice for pest control. read more

I am giving 5 stars for the work of Mold Care Pros. The sales man Mike, who came for the first visit of free estimation, was a pro. His 3 male and 1 female crew were exceptionally efficient, diligent, and polite. If there is 7 star category, I would give. The crew members were really elite mold busting squad, well organized, working very hard, effectively getting the job done in promised timeline, and professional. The assessor Mike after initial evaluation sent me the scope of work specifications with price. Although some of the competitors gave me lower price estimation, Mike was by far ahead in the game of business with thoroughness in his presentation, practical approach to solve the problems, and reasonable justification for all the cost he put in the list. It took 3 and half days to complete the entire attic, attic knee walls, as well as an additional work I requested to clean and seal the floors and walls of my basement for preventing moisture buildup and removing existing mold. The attic work included constructing containment chamber, containing room under negative air pressure to prevent further cross containment from infested materials to areas outside containment chamber, vacuuming all exposed structural wood, scrubbing with biocide to kill the mold spores, applying wood treatment and fungicide as well as Microbloc white pigmented breathable coating, cleaning and drying and filtering air using portable air scrubbers throughout. Surprisingly, on the final day, the president and vice president of the company visited, inspecting the work to my satisfaction and encouraging the crew members, a top-notch business leadership, and very pleasantly shared his company philosophy and values of what they stand for. No doubt this company will grow. An idealistic example of good business practice, taking care of their clients well and do what they say they would do. They completed the work for my new farm house in Cape Cod more than two months ago, and I have been thinking about writing a review for what they did. I am glad I finally did it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and the members to you. read more

I hired them for pest control of a seasonal property and when I went to sell the home inspector found all sorts of infestation issues. I doubt they went out there once, just enough to collect a check. read more

Pest Pros and Mold Care Pros is the best! I have to say, I was dreading working with another contractor involving the maintenance of my home. Pest Pros and Mold Care Pros is the best was hands down one of the most professional and honest contractors I have gone with since we purchased our home in 2009. Ken and his team were professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We had issues with Carpenter Ants in the spring/early summer and they came out for one visit and we have not seen another since. They also took care of a mold remediation need we had in our attic and did a phenomenal job. Could not have been more please. The crew was neat, clean and paid attention to detail. It was like they were never in the house. Keep up the great work! I would not think twice to enlist their services again and I will sing their praises to anyone looking for pest control/mold remediation work. read more

I cannot give enough stars to Mike Travers of Mold Care Pros who installed an EZ-Breathe system in my home last weekend. Our installation was 2.5 hours out of his normal coverage, but because the regular installer in my area was unavailable, he agreed to install it for us. Furthermore, there was a scheduling misunderstanding (we expected 10/3 but he was told 10/10, and he reworked his 10/3 schedule to accommodate us. Because he needed to cut a 6-inch hole in our cedar siding, he needed to get it right the first time, which he did! He was very helpful with other matters as well, including pest control and attic ventilation. I would not hesitate to rehire Mike again. read more

These guys were GREAT! Not only did they arrive on time the job they did was incredible. A very hard working group of guys. I was infested with Mice. Not a fun job to clean up. So getting all of the nasty insulation removed and replaced was huge as well as thoroughly treating the ceiling, walls, floor and stairs. I cannot say how much I appreciated the time and attention to detail the whole team gave this project as well as keeping me informed of their progress, giving me an update and walk through of the basement at the end of each day. They even swiped my front streets on their way out. These days when it's so hard to find good and on time workers, these guys really impressed me. From Mike, who quoted the job, to Steve and his team who did the work, I would not hesitate a minute to recommend Mold Care Pros. I do not consider myself an easy customer but these guys made it easy for me to be happy with the results. Thank You! read more

Avoid these people like the plague. I hired them for total pest control, but when I went to sell my house the inspector found huge amounts of mouse poop. I didn't live in the house and I think CCPP didn't go to the house as often as they billed me. Their web site says "all work guaranteed", but I got stuck with a $5,500 estimate from CCPP to fix their own poor work and clean up the poop and replace insulation for the buyers. They are, IMHO, simply crooks. read more

VERY HAPPY with Moldpros/ pest pros. Today 8-4-2016 the crew came to our Littleneck bay Mashpee home do so some mold remediation and service their mouse bait traps. They installed a dehumidifier, washed our unfinished basement with Lysol. All very thorough and professional. Mike Travers their estimator and manager has given us selfless professional advice on how to fix our issues. He didn't try to sell us services but had our best interest in mind. Ultimately we chose the more expensive options. Last week we had their pest division come and set some mouse traps. The gentleman who came was also very professional and courteous. I am very pleased to get such a great service. I would 100% recommend them. read more

We could not be more pleased with the work the Mold Care Pros did for us! From our initial visit with Mike for an estimate to the last day of remediation when Jacob and his crew left, the experience was professional, efficient and amazing! Everyone on the crew was polite and friendly and my 92 year old Mother continues to say how nice and hard working they were. The basement looks so good I don't want to put anything back in place! We will be recommending the Mold Care Pros to all of our "moldy" friends. Thanks so much! read more

I've been using Cape Cod Pest Pros for both my personal residence and a 4-family multi-unit property we own for around 6 years. They have always been very professional and effective. They're always on time for our scheduled pest treatments. I always make sure I'm on site when they do the treatment so I can make sure they're doing everything on the bill. I also like to know what's going on with the building - if anything has changed since previous treatments. They've helped us get rid of Mice in both properties, and have also helped with hornets and ants. We even had a short bout with rats at our rental property, but they helped us get rid of those REAL quick (phew)... As with anything, be sure to spend the time to make sure they're doing the work you agree to. Don't just pay them and expect them to take care of your property - you need to be involved. read more

Had these guys do mold work recently in mar. They were wonderful!!! They were very polite, timely in their work. conscientious and very easy to deal with. Mike the manager was very helpful in giving me mold prevention tips and he fixed a dehumidifier and came back to do this on a separate visit for no charge!! I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company and I highly recommend them read more

These guys are the real deal. We hired them to clean up a rodent problem in our basement based on a recommendation from our realtor. They weren't cheap but reasonable considering the amount of work needed. They were able to fit us in quickly, did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them for any size job but especially if you have a major pest problem like we did. read more
