I found a small on a 2X hanger! I ask a worker can you show me where the plus size section is. We do not have one, she said the all the sizes are on same rack. Granted there are some XXL that fit me fine. I do not think she knew the difference between XXL and 2X sizing. She tried to help find something's in XXL. For only a few minutes when I asked again about 2X, even got if you are looking for 3XL it would be in men's section. What? After a few minutes of searching for XXL hoping to find 2X well ...There were 3 employees at the desk. I went up to them asked if anyone could help me find XXL or 2X. Two people decided the would show me. They would get to a rack no XXL. That is when it hit me They do not have a plus Size clothing in the store. Why was staff member not informed enough about size difference and why did she not tell me they did not have 2XL or above when asked for that size. They were told by cooperate they were not putting one in The store. SIZE DISCRIMINATION. Can anyone tell me if complaining to cooperate would do any good! I have been a customer for at least 20 years. Bought a lot over the years from them. SAD, Frustrated etc. Not sure if this will make a difference for anyone, especially my plus size women. Sales person did not inform me that the warrantee had passed , he went on to take the back off the watch to replace the battery. After stepping out of the store and returning he claimed he didn't have the proper battery and had to get one. While trying to re-install the back on the watch he claimed he was having trouble and could send it to the shop for proper repair. The battery cost was $21.99, which I paid so it could be repaired. The watch is not an expensive one but my daughter gave it to me on Father's Day and is more important than the original cost. After this, I will not go to the above store again.
