Now the majority of the stores have moved to various shopping centers, where a growth of businesses have opened on US HWY-75. Now I only use this mall for shopping at Dillard's Department store. I am thankful this store has survived. Dillard's is one of my go to stores when shopping in Texomaland or back home in Dallas.

In order to get to Dillards you have to literally walk past dozens of empty stores. It's kinda eerie. They recently reopened the movie theater near the empty arcade, and it's half price, plus you get to bring in your own food bought from the food court only. So, you can get to bring in sushi? I think they might be opening a wing place, and a Mexican food place if they haven't already. I heard they plan on closing the mall and only keep Sears open because they own the mall. I do miss the corn dog place that closed down about 5-10 years ago.

So around 12:55 a.m. I decided to place my order in the amount of 372. And as my order was processing the amount that I was paying had doubled almost by $300 more. So now my order goes from being $372 to $611 which means that it went through on my credit card twice. and everyone knows if a credit card company thinks that it's fraudulent on your card it won't let nothing continue. which I don't blame them because it was processing one time for 372 and then in 30 seconds to a minute later it was processing for $611. In the midst of all of this, I was taking screenshots from off my phone each time that the price on my order amount changed a total of three different times it went from $372 to $611 then $595. So I have screenshots of three different amounts of the order total changing. And being I couldn't call Kohl's customer service so I waited until this morning at 8:30 to call customer service to speak to someone about my issues that I was having with placing my order. The first agent that I was on the phone with did not understand anything that I was asking him and I was on the phone with him for 50 min I asked to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold and came back and said that it wasn't one available to talk to me then he said can he explain to me again and I said sure he kept on trying to explain that a pair of $20 pants for my daughter was the Change in the amount and like I told him that was not possible so I asked to speak to a supervisor again this time I got supervisor Joanne #2065. She said that she was unable to assist me at all, and that it was in the policy that she could not assist helping me fix the issue or trying to at least give me credit for the glitch that was in the system And I was on the phone a total time with her for over 20 min total time hour and 16 min trying to get a issue resolved so I called back and I spoke to another agent name was Dwayne #2CI3 and he tried to help, but it really wasn't no help. I asked for corporate number on both occasions. Both of them told me that they don't have that number. I asked how was I able to do a review? He told me to go on kohls.com.
