Sure it's looked pretty cool with that yellow "RainX" strip; but, for a $26 wiper blade, it was NOT terribly effective....I had, repeatedly, forgotten more times than I remembered to look up the directions at which I did not look when I popped it on to discern the probable ID10T error." On seeing my still girded blade, Nate could have simply gone on with his muffin and day with a shake of his head at the silliness. He didn't. Junked the manifolds for a pair of JBA shorty headers. 5 hr job turned into a marathon. He never got frustrated and went way over and above to make sure it was perfect. It's an old 2000 jeep with 233000 miles. He came back and bled out the coolant system that was empty, replaced a valve cover. Then worked on the steering system and said it had to be aligned. I had doubts because the vehicle was unsteerable. He waved the the charges on that. I felt bad for that but took a last ditch chance on getting the alignment done. The diagnosis said they can't even believe he did the work due to as lol the rust under the vehicle and deemed that that the vehicle is no longer safe to drive. I gotta grab my child out of the backseat. I don't know what happened before his day but he already seems annoyed like I'm bugging him for something I say sorry?? Like I did something wrong lol and he just says it's whatever. Before I could even make it to a seat inside this guy is spinning my tires into the garage. now I know you've driven trucks before cause I'm not the only truck there.! The screech was so loud that I said WTF? as I'm walking to the waiting room seems like they were shocked too. I just shake my head and sit down and wait. The guy calls me over about five minutes later to get all my information. And then asked if I want my cabin air filter changed or my other air filter changed and I say no. Well, now the oil change is done and I go to go leave and I go to turn on my AC but now it's making this loud humming sound and vibrating from the glove box I couldn't explain it but as I'm leaving, I was like maybe it's cause I'm on a hill even though it's never done that before I was just trying to think of what it could be I get home. It's still vibrating and making a humming sound so I open it up. Take out the cabin air filter to find that he snapped off one of the clips that hold my glove box divider together. The only way I could see this was sticking my phone in there and recording it because it's such a shallow slot. I remove the piece. The vibrating is gone and it's not as loud but now I still have a lighter humming sound. I would've been better off taking my car to McDonald's because at least I would've only dealt with one clown. I didn't buy that for a minute. I called Ted's Auto Repair, and was told that they close at 5 but they'd take a look at it for me. I had 10 mins to get there. I got there and the passenger light that I got stopped for was working fine!! Go figure. Second... someone had backed into me at the boat ramp a few weeks back and put a nice deep dent in the rear panel just under the left rear tail light and a hole in the Left side of the Hatch back tail lamp (but the light still worked). I had ordered a new housing which came in the mail earlier in the day. The guys (Ted, John, and Scott) replaced the broken housing, and they even popped the deep dent out that was just under the Left rear tail light. They made sure all of my lights were working!! I rode out of there about 1/2 hr later. No one complained at all about staying late to help me out!! You Guys Rock!! Thank you sooo much!! I am a very Happy Customer and would highly recommend this business for your auto service needs!!
