I'll never take my truck back to this dump ever again! When I first arrived, I pull up to the garage. The guy comes up to take my truck. I ask him to hang on a second. I gotta grab my child out of the backseat. I don't know what happened before his day but he already seems annoyed like I'm bugging him for something I say sorry?? Like I did something wrong lol and he just says it's whatever. Before I could even make it to a seat inside this guy is spinning my tires into the garage. now I know you've driven trucks before cause I'm not the only truck there.! The screech was so loud that I said WTF? as I'm walking to the waiting room seems like they were shocked too. I just shake my head and sit down and wait. The guy calls me over about five minutes later to get all my information. And then asked if I want my cabin air filter changed or my other air filter changed and I say no. Well, now the oil change is done and I go to go leave and I go to turn on my AC but now it's making this loud humming sound and vibrating from the glove box I couldn't explain it but as I'm leaving, I was like maybe it's cause I'm on a hill even though it's never done that before I was just trying to think of what it could be I get home. It's still vibrating and making a humming sound so I open it up. Take out the cabin air filter to find that he snapped off one of the clips that hold my glove box divider together. The only way I could see this was sticking my phone in there and recording it because it's such a shallow slot. I remove the piece. The vibrating is gone and it's not as loud but now I still have a lighter humming sound. I would've been better off taking my car to McDonald's because at least I would've only dealt with one clown. This place is completely unprofessional for a first time experience. I'll never try to save 20 bucks again back to Valvoline go Thanks a lot smh.. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Have gone here multi times & trusted them. Randomly I told someone I got an oil change, they took a peek... not even enough antifreeze that it was above RESERVE... also they never did anything with the windshield washer fluid also.. that needed it added as well. I just went maybe 2 days ago. This is insane. Robbing people and not doing your job. I drive a lot and if my car had over heat and ruined my whole car. I would have been more pissed. I wanted to call to speak to someone down there but they don't have anyway to call them. Phone number doesn't answer, no voicemail. I paid almost $123?? Don't tell me you do it and don't. The service was speedy. That was the good news. The pricing appeared to be flexible and was not posted anywhere that I could see. That was not good. When I demurred at paying $39 for an air filter the person offered it to me at $30. Yet the final bill showed 39. Overall my oil change with filter and new wipers cost just as much as I paid last time at the dealership, if not more. It just gave me overall a feeling of shadiness. read more

The waiting area is comfortable with many magazines and current newspapers, also a flat screen TV and I think there is free coffee but I didn't look because I don't drink awful liquids. Waited almost 2 hours for them to tell me they couldnt get the skid plate off to do the oil change and to go to the hyannis location. I would consider myself to be a steady customer to this location but after my last visit I will no longer go back. My regret is that I didn't get the name of the rude man who I was spoke with because I was too aggravated with the entire situation. I was not a customer in his eyes but rather a nuisance to him. I checked my truck in with one of the three employee's who was working around 2 or 3 pm on Nov 1st. The first employee was nice and pulled my truck into the first lane. I waited in the guest area and since the seats were full I stood near the viewing glass where I could see my vehicle. I noticed as they finished with a vehicle they would pull another vehicle into the service area. I began to notice some disfunction here when I witnessed vehicles that had arrived after me were being pulled into the other lanes to be serviced while mine was still sitting outside of lane 1. Not a big deal at first, however when one of the employees noticed my truck was still sitting in lane 1 he mentioned something to another Jiffy Lube employee who appeared to be "in charge" he yelled "i don't know how that truck got there!" I don't understand why that would matter considering i'm a customer waiting inside and watching this debacle unfold. So after he understood my vehicle had be sitting there unserviced he proceeded to pull another vehicle that had arrived 30 minutes after me into the service area. At this point I had witnessed 3 customers who showed up after me, receive oil changes and leave, while my truck had yet to be serviced. Therefor, I walked into the service area and approached the man who was apparently calling the shots, and asked him why he was refusing to service my truck. His response, "I don't know how that truck got there"..... I responded with "one of your employers told you my truck has been sitting there and i've watched three vehicles arrive and be serviced while my truck is sitting there" His response "They arrived before you!" , I was pretty livid at this point and I could see the other employers agreed with me in the background but they didn't say anything, as this seemed like a normal routine. This man was obviously calling the shots and managing this shop inefficiently. He offered no resolution or any logical thinking, so a got back into my vehicle extremely frustrated and drove off. One hour of my time wasted on what should have been a simple process. Mashpee Jiffy Lube will no longer be an option of mine. read more

Believe it or not, this is actually my first time using Jiffy Lube. I don't know if I go to any others, but I would happily come back here. John was the manager on duty and he really knew his stuff. They walked me through everything but most importantly I felt very comfortable having them take care of the car. I don't usually write reviews but was so impressed with this Jiffy Lube I had to share. Everyone is friendly and seem to love their jobs and care about the customer. Also very efficient, wasn't there more than 15 minutes and it was pretty crowded. No hard sell either like other chains. And they don't bother with coupons, you get a key pass to use every time for $7 off. Free wiper fluid refills and air in tires as well! read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube on June 12, 2018. I had a coupon from my email from Jiffy Lube but was not valid at this location. Not a problem. The owner said he would honor a $10 off coupon he had sent out. Great! I opted for the full synthetic oil change, even with the $10 off coupon, I paid $95 because I needed 7.25 quarts, Not a problem. My vehicle oil changes every 7500 miles. Before I left, I asked the owner, if I need to top off my fluids before my 7500 miles is up, I can swing by and get them topped off? His answer, "come back anytime", so I did today. After waiting my turn, came the bad news. Sir, you have put 3400 miles on the vehicle since your oil change, we only top it off for no charge if you come back before you go 3,000 miles. It will be $8.91 for us to add 1 quart. Yes, the warranty does say that on the back of the form. So they are right, but I won't be going back. I live about 1000 feet from this facility. I have been going there over the past three years but never tried to use the top it off feature. I went home, added the oil myself. I bought a 6 quart pack at BJs a few months ago. Next time I will go back to the Volvo dealer, $79 for oil change. read more

Before going in, my brakes worked fine. When I left, I had no brakes. I called them and someone nonchalantly said "oh yeah, we noticed as you were pulling away that you had a break fluid leak" -- but didn't mention until I had pulled away and left. I had my car towed to my mechanic who also told me I had an oil leak, which I feel should have been mentioned by the staff of this business? It's likely that someone at this business caught the brake line on something and didn't fess up. Will NEVER go here again, as my car came out with more problems than it had going in. read more

The service here was top notch. I went on a Saturday morning at about 10am. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. They did an oil change and air filter for less than $75. I like that they show you the air filter so you can see that it needs to be replaced. They also vacuum the car and top off the washer fluid for free. OMG - I just got raped by Jiffy Lube in Mashpee! $74.03 for an oil change AFTER a veteran's discount? That is ABSURD! They charged me an additional $9.35 for an additional 1.1 quart of oil! I can go to an auto supply store and buy the BEST oil they have for less than $5.00 a quart and they buy in bulk and charge the customers THAT MUCH???!!!! I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME!
