I ordered a large tray; double burger with double fries. The fries were old and soggy. The packs of salt were all wet. I had to ask again for a large cup which is advertised as standard with a big tray order. My double burger(mayonnaise only) was very good. As I was dining I noticed two security cameras spying on me. What can they capture me doing wrong as I already paid? Perhaps they wanted to make sure that I didn't take too many condiments! These cameras would be better placed watching the kitchen! It's clean, the lady working up was friendly, and their food is fresh 'n' HOT! I'll get down to only the selling points, since it's fast food - it's got a buffet, which I shared some of my mom's fried chicken from. Normally I don't like KFC's chicken, but this time the chicken impressed with its seasoning! I also LOVE their potato wedges, which were crispy. While I still prefer the cajun flavor out of Bojangles, this is a KFC worth stopping at. It does "chicken right" (old KFC slogan from the '80s, anyone?).

I think the wait staff has good intentions, but if the place is busy, you will sit there for 90 minutes waiting for the most simple order to be fulfilled by the kitchen, assuming you even get everything you ordered. I would be encouraged if I planned to open a restaurant in Gaffney that offered a slightly more upscale experience and made a menu with more than Chinese, Mexican and meat-and-three. The demand is there, maybe too much demand.
