Nurses don't know how to operate the glitchy cumbersome x-ray machine and had to irradiate me twice with x-rays while putting me in a very awkward position. I love this place if you have the money they'll do anything you want real quick, especially an extraction. Quality aftercare advice do make sure to follow it or you could be in lots of pain.

When I try confronting them , they brushed it off completely by saying they have not done this and they are not responsible for that . One of the dental staff member over there instead blamed me and said I must have scratched it . The scratch scar would go away , but this scar is still present 3 months post treatment. The Dentist said he will send me to oral pathologist to find out more . I have to pay out of my pocket for this oral pathologist appt who said the scar is result of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation which clearly indicates it is post that visit , but my question. is how would I get scar on my face when the treatment is inside my mouth to fix the cavity . The clinic never messaged me back after my oral pathology appt . Worst place to go

She is absolutely the Best dental hygenist at Clayburn Dental, and I have had several over the years here. Her bubbly, sweet and kind personality makes your experience a good one! GIGI is amazing and very professional and superb at her job! I recomend GIGI, she is absolutely top-tier! # 1 And sweet "Naomi" at the front desk is my absolutely my favorite as well, she should be recognized for her amazing job that she does at Reception. Naomi is very helpful and has great communication skills, and also very professional! (l think there is a few others in reception that could learn from Naomi and work on their skills) And she always is amazing on the telephone & greets me with a kind genuine smile when I walk in. Thank you, it's what keeps me coming back after all these years, is that Clayburn dental will also also honor & correct their mistakes. As I did have a poorly seated crown (with a gap) placed in mouth years back from a dentist that no longer works here. Clayburn Dental took care of that & just recently replaced my crown. And Donna thank you for the call back today, and agreeing I should have been offered some anesthetic getting a full mouth deep clean for scaling and root planing(SRT) I hope next time Iam offered this as it was very painful. And thank you for tips on gum care after my procedure yesterday! Much appreciated!

I know I don't; however, I have to give it up to the staff at East West Dental. I needed to go in for some dental and was referred by a friend. I'm a student, and I did not know what exactly was going to be covered but the front desk staff figured that out for me even more I came in. So I walked into the office and there was no issue, I was greeted and took a seat. As I waited (I did come in early) they had the game on the TV in the lobby so it wasn't bad. I went in to see Dr. Manku and the visit went great. He explained everything he was going to do before he got to work, he took his time, and made a point to make sure that I wasn't in discomfort. All in all, the experience that began over the phone when I booked my appointment to the actual visit was great and professional. I will be coming back to see Dr. Manku again.
