Isaiah is a great barber and a great dude. I had really long hair and wasn't sure what to do with it. He gave me a bunch of ideas and we ended up doing a great middle length cut. He also cut my son's hair who is on the spectrum and has a huge fear of buzzers and haircuts in general. The best barber in town, especially for my 2 year old son. He answered my txt very quick, had an opening the next day and was very polite and clear in his communication. Isaiah is calm,cool and collected when it came to my son being a little apprehensive. By the end he didn't want to leave. When I come in, we discuss what we want to do with my hair and we both come to a clear understanding of what will be done. Isaiah only takes appointments and he usually has availability if you call or text 2-3 days in advance. He replied texts shortly and was very polite and professional. I get to the shop and it's clean and spacious, he is finishing another costumer as we wait less than 5 minutes for my son's appointment. He puts on a video for my 2 yo to watch on a big tv and offers drinks to us. Isaiah knows what he is doing and we love the experience. Really nice place. First thing I loved was he actually answers the phone and makes appointments. I had tried other barber shops and nobody ever answered. I don't have time to sit and wait a couple hours to get my son's hair cut. Place is super clean and cool. Love how he's decorated it. Sweet record collection. He was super friendly and chill. I'd been cutting my son's hair since he was 4...he's now almost 13. I was tired of the mess, and he wanted something different. Did a super nice job on my son's hair. He loves it. Midtown is hands down the best barber shop in town. We drive from Cupertino every 2 weeks. Isaiah takes a lot of pride in making sure your experience @ Midtown is like no other. From drinks in the fridge, music selection or even a movie. Isaiah takes his time when cutting your hair an making sure you leave happy.
