After going back and forth, they said they could meet at 11 am on Saturday. Now, Saturday came, my husband was in the online meeting room, but nobody showed up. He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.

Xterra360's bid came in a couple of hundred dollars less then the other bids that I received. They advised me that they were busy but would do their best to get to my property as soon as possible. They advised it would be approx. 2 weeks out. They arrived a few days before I expected them and they were checking the surrounding area so they had accurate measurements. They stopped by my house and let me know what they were doing. The next day they were at my house to perform the survey of my property. They had to measure a couple of different ways because all of our trees block cell phone reception, however they were completly prepared and had everything they needed with them. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service they completed. They even finished in the rain to make sure the job was completed the same day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing land surveyed!

Bought a home in Jackson Co. listed by this agency. Home was listed as year built 1991. After…read moreclosing the township clerk informed me that the house was actually a 1940 (she lived there for 20+ years) she also told me the agency pulled the correct data from the township. Called the broker to discuss the situation and she treated me like I made the mistake, and telling me that my agent should have researched the home better. She also told me that there will be no futher communication with me about it. It was definitely a misleading, negligent, misrepresented, and fraudulent MLS listing. I plan on suing for damages... The appraisals, title work, insurance.... everything, says my home is a 1991 becauseof the sale. There was a garage addition in the 90s, wasn't even 1991. It is the listing agents due diligence to properly list the home, and research previous sale of the home they are listing. Ended up selling my 1956 home thinking I was buying a newer home, probably wouldn't have offered what I paid for on this older build... shame on this agency... the realtor... the broker.....beware.... fraudulent gangsters! They listed the house 50+ years newer than it actually is.

The offer was put in early on a Friday afternoon well before closing time, not to mention, NO realtor with any scruples refuses to return a phone call in regard to an offer no matter what day of the week it is. What realtor would ever let two days go by before responding to an offer? None with any integrity or feeling of responsibility toward their seller. The broker of ERA was notified of the situation and again, no response, no one cared that they were costing their seller a sale.
