The crew showed up on time all 4 days of the job and worked very long hours to get the job done on time. Scott was very receptive and available for questions and concerns we had during the project. When landscape issues came up due to the depth of digging for the windows, Scott went out of his way to work with his subcontractor doing the excavation and us to come up with a solution within our budget, that was also completed during the project. The end result is exactly what we asked for, and I feel confident that my kids can safely sleep in basement bedroom now that they have easy exits in case of a fire.
