She described trainers taking extended breaks, rushing through important training material, and providing limited support throughout the onboarding process. I initially recommended this facility to her because of its convenient location and the opportunity for a new experience, so it has been discouraging to hear how unsupported she has felt. As someone who also works in healthcare, I understand the importance of professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care. I have also observed interactions involving patient care concerns where some staff members, including nurses, displayed unprofessional attitudes. Patient care should always remain the top priority, and employees should reflect the values and standards expected in a healthcare environment. With stronger leadership, accountability, and improved staff engagement, this facility could provide a much better experience for both employees and patients. I sure hope this problems improves for future staff members.

Not sure what the disconnect is with insurance but it's borderline frustrating. The care my daughter receives is excellent and she actually enjoys going to therapy. We struggled with latching issues and our IBCLC referred us to Grace. She instantly helped calm us and know that things would be okay with a little PT. She took her time and made us feel very comfortable, sent us home with important homework & exercises that have helped us immensely. PT for babies seemed intimidating for me (had never heard of such a thing) but we are blessed to have found this place
