When she came home we were supposed to get visits from personal care plus physical therapy. The physical therapy has gone pretty well but personal care has been awful. It took two weeks to get them out here at all which is a problem on every level, partly because Medicare is only going to cover a 6-8 week window. When the woman arrived here today she had manners worse than a DMV worker. She's barking orders and I can't even understand her pronunciation of her own name. I'm pretty sure we're just going to forego any more visits. My mother doesn't need the aggravation and she's almost up and around at this point. Give these people a WIDE berth!
