I initially recommended this facility to her because of its convenient location and the opportunity for a new experience, so it has been discouraging to hear how unsupported she has felt. As someone who also works in healthcare, I understand the importance of professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care. I have also observed interactions involving patient care concerns where some staff members, including nurses, displayed unprofessional attitudes. Patient care should always remain the top priority, and employees should reflect the values and standards expected in a healthcare environment. With stronger leadership, accountability, and improved staff engagement, this facility could provide a much better experience for both employees and patients.
