One thing I noticed--it looks like there may have been a gift shop here at some point, but it's no longer there (as of 3/15/26). Not a big deal, just something to note if you're expecting souvenirs. What really stood out was the layout of brochures--they're organized by region, which makes it super easy to find things to do depending on where you're headed. Her response was NEVER, again friend asked will it ever open and her response was NOPE. I will never stay there again. Honestly, we went in and out a lot and not once did we see her smile in the 2 days of staying there. It would probably be in your best interest for your hotel by getting rid of her. I didn't catch her name because she didn't have a badge on. She was working the desk on Monday the 23rd of March at 4:00 in the afternoon. I could give a description of her but maybe you can figure out who she was by the date and time. Also, if you advertise a bar it should be open. Ridiculous!!!! I'm sure this will never make it to the right people because it looks like there are a lot of complaints about the check in process.

The outside of the building is very run down. Curtains from the outside are stained and not adhered to the curtain rod and hooks, so dirty curtains that didn't close all the way. Our room faced the street, so street noise and light was very prevalent, which affected the sleep of the children. The AC unit was dirty and not working properly. The bathroom was peeling and had mold in the cracks. Carpet was cut in different places. The smoke detector was handing from the ceiling, outlets hanging from the walls. All of this for the same price as a regular priced hotel that is clean and well maintained. Saw no point in calling them to complain in this issue so late at night knowing full and well they already KNOW this room is like this but charge and book people in it anyways! It's so absolutely disgusting, There is no way in hell they don't know about this. The hotel isn't big at all, I'd say there's 50 rooms here total for them to keep up with, how do you not fix this disgusting issue?? In fact there's already a review I just noticed on here about room 119 from the year 2016!!! It's 2019!!! Let's just be honest, based on that.. they're clearly never going to resolve this so if you're going to stay here for this price and convenience off the hwy, my suggestion to you is: you've been warned, DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 119!!!
