Absolutely disgusted with how this place treated my friend, especially after she had been a loyal…read morecustomer for over a YEAR. After getting her lashes done by Vivian, she developed pink eye with extremely red, swollen eyes and is now dealing with medical bills. Her husband is also developing symptoms, and to make matters worse, she JUST had a baby and is terrified of passing the infection to her newborn. Instead of showing concern for a loyal client, Vivian argued with her about a refund and only returned HALF of her money. The owner was also incredibly unprofessional about the entire situation. After a year of giving this business her money, this is how they chose to treat her when something went seriously wrong. Completely unacceptable. I would never recommend trusting this place with something as sensitive as your eyes.

I asked about eyebrow threading, the lady (who didn't give her name) said no. I said do you do eyebrow waxing? She said no, mumbled something with a heavy accent about "appointments only and today (Sunday) she doesn't do that." The entire area of Citrus Heights has the most unprofessional and overpriced eyebrow threading/waxing conduct I've ever seen. I truly do not know how these places stay in business. It's amazing how these places never have decent walk in times or ways to actually schedule and when you do they over book and don't see you within a reasonable time frame. I'm at my wits end! Anyway--don't recommend this place. I hope they update their website.
