Paid in advance, she missed pick up 3-4x from the breeder. Told her she's failed to perform and she agreed to cancel and refund. Ghosted me and tried to keep the money. Here's the kicker, what a BLESSING in disguise! Forget the money, I cannot imagine having a pet/member of our family in her hands. Please please please look elsewhere. I happened to come across this company (again) and thought it would be best to leave a review. I utilized their service back in Summer of 2020 and my dog arrived with a decubitus ulcer (diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian), which required a few costly visits to the vet, antibiotics, etc. Before they removed their Google site from public viewing, I left a lengthy review with photos. Shortly after leaving my review, I received a phone call from one of the owners (Kelly?). She began to accuse me of lying, defaming their character, blah, blah. She proceeded to tell me that my dog chewed a sizable whole into her own leg out of anxiety and that the diagnosis provided by the vet was incorrect. In short, stay away from this company. They're extremely shady and rude. Additionally, their "carriers" apparently wear body cams and will more than likely fail to inform you, which is illegal (read the law). read more

On her fb pages she is urging previous customers to post their good reviews, only positive experiences, but make sure and read all the reviews on yelp! She did not honour the contract, she did not deliver my pup to the contractual destination, instead she handed over my pup to a person not known to her for the final leg of the contracted drive. that person kept my pup overnight instead of driving the additional 90 mins. for all Kelle knew the handover person could have stolen my pup!!!! And with a person who smoked in the vehicle!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH! Yes there may have been lots of positive contracts, yes she participated in a high volume rescue, but she also has a record of Very Bad service - and that to me is much more important!!! BEWARE-DO-NOT USE. Killed 2 of our 3 dogs. USDA case number 01045301 On May15th 2022 we retained pet transport services from Kellee L. Murley of New Carlisle Ohio 45344 claimed owner and representative of 855-PETLIFT, LLC to transport 3 adult Doberman Pinschers from Alberta, Canada to Miami, Florida. The shipment consisted of 2 females, Senya DOB 12-12-19 and Diosa DOB 04-18-19 and 1 male Axle D.O.B 12-26-18. All 3 dogs were healthy and suitable for travel as detailed on the required health certificates. The fee charged by shipper was $3400 and payable in advanced at booking. They stated they would pick up dogs in Alberta between June 1-4th and deliver to Miami 5 to 7 days later. We paid the full amount immediately booking the trip. We had cleared the dogs at the border via our custom broker in Miami and everything was ready on our end. After paying the excuses from Kellee started coming, most of which we have in writing. On June 10th at 10:54am, 3 days past her latest estimated date of pick up, Kellee claims she hit a deer and cant do the delivery for a few weeks. This lead me to ask for a refund which she denied stating she didnt have the money any longer. I disputed the charges with my bank and on the same day June 10th at 6:11pm Kellee texted me saying she can still pick up the dogs and do the delivery. Having no recourse to my monies already paid i agreed to proceed with the delivery. On June 12th Kellee picked up the dogs in Alberta Canada and crossed the border into the USA. The next time i heard from Kellee was on June 15th saying the male dog had died. Apparently she had an autopsy done in Odessa Texas and discarded of the dog. It was 65 degrees F in Canada when she picked up and supposedly 101 degrees F in TX when the male died. The two females remain. The delays and excuses continue and it wasnt until June 24th that the females were delivered to our house at which point i was forced to pay the $3400 again this time in cash because supposedly according to Kellee, who was not present during delivery, the bank had an issue and she didnt have the funds i had already paid her. When i approached the rented van they were delivering dogs in, how dirty, hot, smelly and deplorable conditions it was in i paid them again the cash they asked. The first female they unloaded was Senya, she had hot n=burns missing hairs in different areas of her body, dry feces on her body and nose and crate burned ear tips as well as on her hind quarter was she drank and ate and seemed ok. They then unloaded the second female Diosa, she did not look well, she was lethargic, breathing hard, stressed, same conditions as the prior female regarding hygiene but she was having difficulty walking and felt hot. We accommodated her best we could and tried to provide food and water to which she refused. I tried administering water with a needle less syringe while my wife tried to locate a pet hospital. Diosa died in our arms aprox two hours after 855-PETLIFT delivered her. Their van rented from Budget did not have insulation or air conditioner in the rear where other dogs were clearly seen struggling. This company should be investigated. We seek no financial compensation, instead we would like for them to be investigated for the sake of the animals they transport. Their nonchillant, oh-well attitude towards the death of our dogs was chilling. After further searching on our part we have found many complaints filed online against this company and person Kellee. Update on psycho kellee Landon, kellee Heldman, kellee Murley...I'm Not sure how many other names this bat shit crazy woman goes by....855-Petlift Pet Transport is being taken to court, she will have a demand letter sent to her and her lawyer Monday, if she doesn't comply, this will go to court, no other agreements will be made with her other then the ones I've stipulated. In the USA, my lawyer stated that dogs are property, that she has no right to hold my property, or do what ever she wants with my property. She tried to send me a random bill for boarding my dogs, vet bills (that she had no proof of) and apparently very expensive dog food or something, the bill was $1800 lol I had already paid her $2400 to take my dogs from New York to Canada, they were suppose to be headed over the Canadian boarder the first week of February. At the beginning of the trip, the breeder stated she had a grain allergy and got into grain before the trip, so she was missing some patches of hair, I had kellee take her to her vet, they gave a steroid and went on their way ($400 later- for a vet exam and cream? - I have yet to see this bill) She then decided my dog that I just purchased and was having her ship here, was not healthy enough to get across the boarder at the end of a month and a half trip, this was told to me AT the boarder, not two weeks prior or a month prior, again, she's had these dogs since January 14th in a crate, in her van. When I told her the dog looks malnourished, tha I finally got ahold of the breeder and sent him pics, he was mortified at their condition, I stated to kellee what he stated to me...she then decides she's keeping these dogs and taking them to her vet (which she already took them to, that I already paid for, that I paid $400 for, and don't know what they even did) again, I told her no, I'll have someone come retrieve them out of her care and take them to a vet of my choosing, that they needed a specialist and obviously shouldn't be going back to her vet, the same ones that did nothing and waisted $400 of my money...she refused to give my dogs back, trying to cover her ass for the condition the one was in...the breeder stated the second dog looked malnourished as well. So as it stands, kellee has refused to give these dogs to my contact in the USA, she tried to make up this invoice when she realized she was going to be screwed in court and needed a reason that might hold up...however, I screen recorded the entire altercation via messenger, so she's busted for her bullshit...I also sent the contract to the lawyer. Also, he nut job boyfriend called me twice screaming to shut the f$&k up, calling me every name you could imagine, I told him he doesn't own the company and to not call me, he then says he owns it now too...then proceeds to say how kellee was attacked by one of her clients Tuesday (another excuse why they are late getting to Canada) I told him I completely understand why she was attacked. Then she tries to call me and play nice, telling me she took them to her vet (AFTER I get an invoice for more vet fees lol) to say she has all these conditions and that she couldn't give the dogs back till they seen the vet, again, I didn't want them going to her vet, I wanted them at mine, this is not her choice, she has no rights to decide where my dogs go for medical care, I don't trust her vets...she tried to say it's in her contract that she can do that, it's Absolutly not - she tried to say she did it for the dog, however if she was that concerned about my dogs well being and that adamant that she would refuse to do as I stated, why wait till the end of the trip to force her into the vet, it was only to cover her ass...So everything begins Monday, I will get my dogs back, I will get them to a specialist, which is what I stated from the moment I seen the missing fur and she's going to pay dearly for her bullshit. After zero communication I find out that she is unable/unwilling to get the dogs picked up and transported until minimum of after 5/30. Her contract states 7 day delays are allowable. I brought this to her attention and she refuses to refund and accused me of threatening and harassing her. I am now having to take her to court. For those of you interested in retrieving your refund from scammers, see below: I prepaid $600 to have my dog ground transported from WI to CA. The payment went to 855-Petlift aka Midnight Star Kennels. After flaking on me the day before pickup and twice before that, I decided to pull the plug on this company. They offered to refund my payment but came up with excuse after excuse for the next 30 days. Petlift wouldn't return my emails even though a BS contract was signed and the owner incoherently claimed my refund was returned via text. Therefore, I called my bank (Chase) and was connected with the claims department. Chase Bank went into my bank records and found the payment of $600 I sent to Petlift 30 days prior. They saw no refund of any amount from Petlift to date. Chase Bank reached out and called the owner but never received an answer. The bank credited the $600 into my account and filed a Claims Suit against Petlift. Done. No longer my problem. I'm sorry it had to come to this but wanted to inform others of what to do just in case if they get stiffed as well. read more

I found myself in quite a pickle looking for transport for my new puppy out of Quebec, Canada. Due to the closed border, it was seemingly becoming more and more impossible, that I was even looking to get private air transport. My breeder was able to find this needle in a haystack and communicated with Kellee, and was contacted back in 5 minutes that she could help us!!! When I was able to speak with Kellee directly, and explain my situation, she offered to change up her entire schedule so that she could go retrieve my puppy immediately. Once we got all the details worked out, Kellee was wonderful in communicating with both me and my breeder to facilitate this seemingly herculean effort. Before I knew it, Kellee was en route to get my pup. All along the way, I was communicated with constantly, and made to feel comfortable. Kellee was wonderful with my new girly puppy, as she was so very well cared for during the trip. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this company. Kellee went above and beyond to get my new baby to my home in Texas within 2 1/2 days - AMAZING! She was delivered safe and sound, and most of all happy! After a lot of back and forth trying to get a dog picked up it became very clear that these people were neither professional nor trustworthy, so I decided not to send my dog into their care. I simply lost all faith in their ability to perform in any way resembling professionalism and my concern for the wellbeing of my dog is my only priority. As I was not a party to the transport agreement they made with the client, I am not directly affected other than to have been treated with hostility and called names. However, they stated they will not refund the client's deposit even though this was a last minute, hop aboard an existing/en-route transport so no expenses were incurred. Total scam. Ironically, their own business FB page has a post at the top of the page "explaining" all their bad reviews.
