"Scott, I cannot call today as my sister went into labor. "Lupita put you on my calendar for this evening but I'm still working on an urgent motion - I will try you tomorrow." This all comes after Kaitlin DiMaggio my lawyer that I paid to take care of a matter and not only did she say repeatedly that she's 99.9% positive that she would be able to get me back my lawyer and court fees which turns out never happened "surprise" As well as a few other things that I was poorly represented by this lawyer in fact she gave me the wrong Arizona statute to quote in a police report so the police report was never taken seriously and no traction came from that thanks to bad information from a paid lawyer highly paid lawyer so my woes are I don't want anyone else to go to the same pitfalls with the same person. DiMaggio law office has given me nothing but excuses and no reason to believe there's anything else behind it so if you're down to pay to get excuses instead of a lawyer who's dedicated to her law firm and not so quick to tell you about what a challenge it is to do that while raising children and having a pregnant sister and all sorts of other pitfalls that should not be brought up to a lawyer client meeting or email or text message or even a phone call
