I've always gotten my oil changed there for the past 8 years or so, and put tires on several vehicles at decent prices. Recently the pipe between the catalytic converter and the muffler broke on my 20 year old Ford F250 pickup. I wasn't about to pay for a whole new exhaust system. I dropped by yesterday afternoon to ask what to do. They recommended getting a pipe custom-cut to patch the break and clamps to hold it all together. Gave me an estimate of $80-100. I left it there overnight; it was done at 3:30 this afternoon-- Bill was $77.64. Can't get better serice than that. Plus, everybody's friendly; small-town smiles!

A business like this, run by these kind of people means you get to go about your business with confidence, knowing that the problem you had, will not be a problem afterwards. Anything spent here, is money wisely invested, in not only your vehicle's safety, but your own ease of mind. Even waiting in the waiting area is an easy thing to do. You can relax there, knowing that when you leave, there is one thing less on your plate that you have to worry about. I'm not about refuting anybody else's rating.. but I can guarantee that nothing is ever done to the vehicle without the owner's explicit consent; and is WITH the owner being advised up front if a suggested service comes with a fee. If they can't help you, they will tell you up front.. and if they can help you, you can be confident the job will be done right the first time.

They took great care of me to such an extent that I want to bring my vehicle back for any maintenance that needs to be done. Pros: The front desk guy: very friendly, he remembers the clients and interacts with them on a personal level. My vehicle was not completely repaired on the first try. I called when the issue resurfaced and he immediately remembered who I was, expressed concern, and scheduled a follow up appointment. Their attitude: it's evident that they are committed to getting the job done right. It seems as if every person working there has a genuine love and interest for what they do. Their integrity: you have to worry about whether mechanics are trying to upsell you on things you do not need a lot of times. This was not the case here whatsoever. I did not get the "greedy" vibe from this place. They were genuinely concerned with fixing what the issue was and sending me on the way from there. Cons: I'm short on that right now. It was an all around positive experience.

I dropped the truck off for them to diagnose the problem. They immediately gave me a brand new 2026 Ford F150 to drive it turned out to be a bad timing chain tensioner to cause metal shavings to go through the entire engine and other words, it was a manufacturers defect. I dropped off the car first thing in the morning, saying, "Inspect the air conditioning, do oil and lube, and inspect all systems." The guy wrote it down. As I picked up the car at the end of the day, I looked at the invoice. They hadn't taken a look at the air conditioning at all. Nothin'. Nada. Duh! Air conditioning had been at the top of the list. How could have possibly have missed AIR CONDITIONING unless they were illiterate⁉ They essentially had done nothin' worth anything that day, and charged me for doin' nothin'. They weren't even apologetic. I was not a happy camper. I was new in town, didn't know anyone so -- fool that I was,-- I gave them another chance. They didn't do any better the second time around. According to my experience, they charged me a pretty penny for doing doodly-squat. Do I recommend them? Not on your life. Not a chance. They s_ck -- is that strong enough wording? I categorize them as "incompetent thieves." Move on. Find another shop. I can say unequivocally that Gary's Wille's was the worst vehicle repair shop I have ever gone to. I would give them "zero stars" if I could (or even a negative rating, like "minus 5"). This shop doesn't deserve one star, but Yelp requires a rating, so fine, one f'in' star.
