Thankfully there wasn't anything seriously wrong, they even let us come see for ourselves so he could show us everything he found that could use work. But, they still stayed after closing to check all the liquid levels(brake fluid, oil, coolant, etc.) before giving our keys back. And did it all for free!

Employees confirm they up charge and charge for things not needed in order to make their management bonus. (See employee reviews on Indeed). 2 days prior to bringing in for service, they diagnosed it and said it needed brakes, rotors, calipers, shocks and one other part. A portion of the parts & labor were covered by my warranty. This gave the manager, Nick, 2 days to submit it to the warranty company for payment. He knew the parts/ labor costs and could have sent that over to the warranty company prior to me arriving. Two days later, Friday, 8am I was the first car in. All parts had arrived. Nick said it would take about 2-3 hours. Noon comes, I call and my car is still not done. 5:15p I go back and my car is still not done. Nick then gets on the phone to the warranty company. He said he tried calling them 5 times and couldn't get through. This all could have been done prior if they had not stopped to work on the other 12 vehicles throughout the day, it would have been finished in time to give him plenty of time to call them. He got disconnected from the warranty rep. and couldn't reach him again because the warranty company closed for the day. Keep in mind this is a 3 day weekend with Memorial Day. Since Nick couldn't get payment from the warranty co. he said he couldn't release my car until he had payment. I paid then had to reimbursed.

Look, these guys were referred to me by Farm & Fleet after having a breakdown on the road…read more I'll post pictures but someone was sweet enough to slow down on I90 to tell me the bumper was falling off. Y'all I was pulling a trailer so this was crucial and could have been much worse. Gordie Boucher guys started to help but when I pulled to where they told me to park... APPARENTLY a manager told them they couldn't touch it. I went to F&F who sent me along to UHaul Uhaul said they couldn't touch it so I was thinking let me try another nearby dealer but tried Farm & Fleet who referred me here since they don't fix bumpers. Anywhoo, I pulled in without an appointment. Grateful it was still before noon but scared folks would be closed celebrating after Thanksgiving and nope... they were open and only took minutes to pull the truck back and 13 minutes later it was fixed. Didn't need all the extra the dealership said was required. $20. Accepted the credit card. Went so fast the kid and ESA stayed in the truck. I appreciate these guys trying not to pull a fast one. I am grateful they were open. Even impressed they moved expeditiously without complaint and without gouging. We were back on the road headed to the deep South.

I was totally played by them. Aaron why did you do that for years? I had to take a second mortgage…read moreon my house..took my car to someone else & what CTR said was not right..there is nothing wrong with my car or tires

They were able to get me in on extremely short notice, and went out of their way to provide me outstanding service at a VERY reasonable price. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for suspension and brake service! Great value and great quality!

They do honest work and give great customer service. What more do you need? Oh yeah - great prices…read more A couple of examples: I had a wheel vibration at highway speeds that seemed like a bad CV joint or bearing. Was prepared to drop big coin for a fix. I got a call the next morning - "you had a couple of lug nuts loose. We checked the studs for damage and all the others luge and you're all set. $40." Another time I took my car in for brakes. After 120k miles I was ready for a four wheel brake job. Nope, only the fronts needed new pads and the rotors were good just resurfaced. The backs were great after adjustment. Benefits of highway driving but still, no upselling and quality work. If I buy from TireRack or some other place online for tires, they gladly accept the delivery for me. Although sometimes they can get even better deals for me. Each time I was ready and willing to pay a lot more but these guys are honest and true. Only charged what I needed and a fair price to boot. This shop has been here since before I was born and if they keep this quality going - they'll be here long after I'm gone. No other tire shop compares. No, they're not open on the weekend but I'll gladly schedule around that to avoid the shoddy work from other franchises that are.
