I would have gladly put those 2 cards in my car so should could come to the barn instead of me going to the house every time I needed something. The two girls she had in the party barn had no idea what was going on or where anything was, which was why I had to keep going to the house. The bartender couldn't leave the bar all night. She needed things but didn't have any way to communicate with anyone. I was so disappointed in the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They will tell you you can get 200 people in that barn, we have 100 and with any dancing going on it is tight. And good luck if it rains. And The Knot keeps deleting my review, which is concerning.

The chairs were very weak and felt as if you may fall some of the larger size individuals who were in attendance had to sit in two chairs because the chairs were so flimsy and felt as if you would fall highly recommend better quality chairs but other than that my overall impression was positive. Although the venue is relatively nice, our overall experience was poor and the staff were not helpful at all. Where to start... They asked us to have all of the beverages and alcohol there at 12 so the bartenders can prep and get set up. They didn't show up until 4 so all the beer was hot and we were there unnecessarily early. I also had several complaints the bartender was rude and they shutdown the bar without a last call or warning. The pool we were supposed to be able to use was full of algae. Nope! The chairs were set up for 250 people, we needed 140 and there was no aisle to separate the grooms and brides guests. When we requested the change, we were told we would have to do it and put the chairs back at the end of the night or be charged $1000. No soap in the bride's bathroom, flowers were dead at the pavilion, and be prepared to bring everything... If its not a table or chair you better have it because they don't. On a day like that, the devil is in the details and the details were lacking. Could have been a much better experience.

Set up should have been at least halfway don't the night before and whoever needed to sleep in should have been up and letting us all in that morning. I've needed venues open by 6-8am many times and they make it work. They don't book the party, set impossible timing goals and not allow the party to be in until mid afternoon! They didn't even allow time for touchups. I hope I never have to work this venue again unless they start thinking about their guests and make their expectations more reasonable to my sweet brides can be relaxed, comfortable and happy.
