The staff is phenomenal with caring for the animals and helping visitors find the perfect fur baby for them. They are very helpful with providing information about the process of finding a stray animal and what to do. It's also a great place in the Permian Basin area to volunteer with getting to walk dogs and play with cats! Definitely recommend!!!

I have been there a few times. Every time I have went I ask for the pay what you can afford. We…read morehave alot of animals and not alot of money. The people there act like it's very inconvenient to pay that way. Like you are a problem for doing that. I thought they were there to help make treatment affordable. Today I was shamed for paying what I could afford on flea and tick medicine. Which wasn't much. So in other words I guess they would rather your animals suffer than to ask for help. I would like to know what is exceptable to be able to afford their help. Because obviously what I had was not good enough. I will never go back there. That is no way to treat someone who needs help
