I have always had a good experience with this pharmacy until today. I'm sorry I don't know her name or how else to describe her but she is the only Asian woman I've seen working there. Keep in mind I've only lived in Midland for a year. We went to see the Good Doctor to get my father in law's prescription filled. He is blind and gets blister packs. This is his second month getting them which come to think of it, I wonder if they assume I know or knew I should go early to get it or how early? Anyways I'm not a mind reader....back to my review... the Asian woman at the counter explained after half an hour of waiting that they hadn't gotten his pills ready yet. I just mentioned we had a bus to catch in 15 mins because I was hoping they could make him a priority. She said sorry but I can have it delivered to you. Great! Thanks! We went home. I called just to see if they had an aprox time. This was 3.5 hours later. I wasn't angry just asking. It was the same woman on the phone as at the counter because she told me they have been very busy and I have been told 2x to come in earlier to get his prescription! I was shocked! I would never expect to be treated like an idiot like that. I explained that I didn't recall ever been told anything like that and she angrily said well you have been told 2x! I said excuse me! Have I ever met you? How do you know what I have been told or not told to be like this with me? I've never met you in my life! She said well you've been told 2x so you can come pick up your scripts tomorrow. I asked her to send it to Walmart. I am so upset with her. I hope management can listen to the phone call.
