I would not recommend Dr. Salyani to anyone looking for honest, patient-focused dental care. From…read moremy experience, the priority here seems to be profit -- not people. This office charges $10,000 for Invisalign, while most other reputable clinics in town offer it for around $6,500. Despite using his "Platinum" Invisalign status to justify the inflated price, I've since learned that these titles are awarded based purely on the number of cases sold each year, and DO NOT reflect success rate, patient satisfaction, or clinical expertise. When I questioned my treatment plan, communication quickly became delayed and inconsistent. The Treatment Coordinator's responses felt evasive and, at times, deliberately misleading. At one point, I was told an email had already been responded to -- but when that email was forwarded to me (weeks later), it was obvious the reply had been manually typed in to appear as though it had been sent earlier. The timestamp, format, and content made it clear it was fabricated after the fact after I was deliberately ignored. I was also told I needed multiple "preventative" fillings despite having a long history of healthy teeth. That didn't sit right with me, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Sure enough, and just as I suspected, the new dentist confirmed (both visually and through X-rays) that my teeth were perfectly fine. It wasn't until Dr. Salyani made me question his integrity that I started shopping around for a new provider -- and to my surprise, he has quite the reputation around town. That, combined with the clinic's constant staff turnover, says a lot about how things are really run behind the scenes. The whole experience felt more like a hard sell at a used car lot than a visit to a healthcare professional. If you value transparency, ethics, and consistency in your care -- look elsewhere. And spare me the canned responses like "Different dentists have different philosophies" or "We can't find you in our system." You know exactly who I am -- and I have the receipts to back that this is all factual.

Well...turns out I was concerned for no reason at all. Dr. Salyani and the rest of the staff were not only friendly and compassionate, but the warm way they make you feel is only surpassed by their expertise at dentistry and keeping your teeth and gums healthy. Dr. Salyani is a world-class dentist, and also so nice and friendly. He makes sure you feel comfortable and right at home and his work is truly amazing. His offices are state of the art and you get the sense that he is not only happy in his work but he has also created an environment that makes a visit to a dentist the best it can possibly be. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Salyani and the rest of the staff. They are terrific people and excellent at their craft. If you're looking for the best new dentist you can find in town, this is the place. HIGHLY recommended! Thanks for saving my Family Back their Smile! April Mike Jade Cole & Brooklynn Cummins

I have always had a good experience with this pharmacy until today. I'm sorry I don't know her name…read moreor how else to describe her but she is the only Asian woman I've seen working there. Keep in mind I've only lived in Midland for a year. We went to see the Good Doctor to get my father in law's prescription filled. He is blind and gets blister packs. This is his second month getting them which come to think of it, I wonder if they assume I know or knew I should go early to get it or how early? Anyways I'm not a mind reader....back to my review... the Asian woman at the counter explained after half an hour of waiting that they hadn't gotten his pills ready yet. I just mentioned we had a bus to catch in 15 mins because I was hoping they could make him a priority. She said sorry but I can have it delivered to you. Great! Thanks! We went home. I called just to see if they had an aprox time. This was 3.5 hours later. I wasn't angry just asking. It was the same woman on the phone as at the counter because she told me they have been very busy and I have been told 2x to come in earlier to get his prescription! I was shocked! I would never expect to be treated like an idiot like that. I explained that I didn't recall ever been told anything like that and she angrily said well you have been told 2x! I said excuse me! Have I ever met you? How do you know what I have been told or not told to be like this with me? I've never met you in my life! She said well you've been told 2x so you can come pick up your scripts tomorrow. I asked her to send it to Walmart. I am so upset with her. I hope management can listen to the phone call. Disgraceful treatment.
