I went to this location on my birthday as a treat to myself as I do every year on my birthday and this year I not only tried a new location, I also added on a facial. My swedish massage was with Jalisa, she did a great job, was very nice to chat with and had my body feeling relaxed after. She worked on my problem areas that needed attention. (I really wanted a deep tissue, but with all the confusion of my appointment that got lost in translation) The highlight of this visit was the facial. This was my first time and Jane has made me want to come back more regularly to get one. It was awesome. Jane gave me great tips on facial care and how to maintain my skin.

The website just offers names, no actual description of the techniques/products used during the service. The woman who answered the phone was nice enough but couldn't answer my question smh. I waited several minutes for someone named Deja to come on the line and asked her to tell me a more detailed description of the facials they offered so that I could choose one. She said they cleanse your face and put 2 masks so what specific question did I have. Ummm I just asked you the specific question! I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. I just hung up and booked somewhere else. Hopefully this business uses this opportunity to update their website as well as educate their employees (especially the person answering the phone!) on the types of services they provide.
