It's kind of odd merchandise to be selling on St. Charles Main Street but I like it. They have a small selection of English teas, candies, and other nonperishable groceries. I went for the candy, obviously. Smarties, Cadbury, and a Twirl caught my eye. I spent a summer in Oxford when I was young and grew very fond of these candies. I finally got my chance on July 4th, as they were open and I just had plans canceled. I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. The business is super casual and inviting; with the furniture, the decor, the games, and the bar, it's super inviting and welcoming. The employees who talked to me were so nice and genuine. A few shelves are still empty, but workers are stocking the shelves on this late Saturday evening. Rice, seasoning, teas and nuts were there, but so was fruit and vegetables.
