Physical therapy needs attention. I recently went for an evaluation for PT. The afternoon PT worker was more interested in pushing his MLM that helping me with my treatment. At one point he took my number, I assumed it was for appointments purposes. Odd because the front desk has my contact information. Turns out it was to send me a video to push a "miracle oil". I decided not to return and to elsewhere. Best thing I ever did. The new practice was wonderful. We did a number of exercises, gave me a workout plan for home, discussed what to look for with footwear and suggested adaptive equipment my insurance would cover. What a difference! I feel sad that people come for help and they are being pushed a product. People who need PT are vulnerable, often elderly or young kids on sports teams. They need help getting back to their normal activities. It wasn't professional or at all ethical.

Excellent treatment. Very satisfied. I drive every day from Rock Hill to NYC. My lower back was…read morevery painful. I had this problem since 2015. I saw several chiropractors, thinking someone could fix the pain. Sometimes it would work for a few days, but then it would come back. Until I visited Dr. Diego Marmanillo in December 2024. The first treatment was like the others. The pain went away for a few days and then came back. I went back again and asked Dr. Diego, "Is there anything else you can do to take away the pain?" He said yes, there is a treatment that athletes use, but some insurance companies don't cover it. I said no problem. If the pain goes away, it's worth it. He took me to the SOFTWAVE TRT room. It's a machine like an ultrasound machine. He turned it on and ran it all over my waist. The machine has a plastic ball that pricks like a needle, but it only pricks in the areas where there is pain. When it passes over an area where there is no pain, you don't feel anything. I LIKED THAT. Because I felt that something was working. It took about 5 minutes. It passed over the areas where I had pain. I AM A FAITHFUL WITNESS. The pain went away instantly. It was very nice to know that the pain was gone. The pain did not return for two weeks. I went back for the same treatment and the pain went away again. This SOFTWAVE TRT is wonderful and really works. Now I understand why athletes get injured and return to play in a few days. My pain is chronic. But this miracle makes my life much easier. Thank you, Dr. Diego, for recommending this treatment to me. I RECOMMEND IT 100%. I am a real witness. I am a kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractor in NYC and throughout the Hudson Valley (Homepro.nyc). Because of my work as a contractor, I have back problems, and Softwave TRT has helped me live a more peaceful life. THANK YOU. B.L.

Happy Patients in Waiting Room! I wholeheartedly disagree with the review before mine by "Sarah". First of all, it is not a "clicker". It is called an "activator" for a reason. It is a much gentler approach to helping your body correct itself through muscle memory. If the waiting room is full that should tell you that the doctor is in high demand for a reason. Finally, no one waits an hour. At most 20 minutes at busy times, and the time goes by quickly because Dr. Steve's patients are friendly/familiar with one another so waiting a few minutes is no big deal. Dr. Steve teaches proper stretching and carefully examines our alignment with mild movements and our bodies align on their own. After breaking my back in an accident a few years ago, Dr. Steve keeps me pain free! Your Loss Sarah!

On my first visit, she performed a thorough examination and conducted a scan of my body based on my area of concern to pinpoint the problem.
