I have family members…read morewho have had positive experience with the Chiropractor and one of the PT workers (younger male). Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. The afternoon PT worker was more interested in pushing his MLM that helping me with my treatment. At one point he took my number, I assumed it was for appointments purposes. Odd because the front desk has my contact information. Turns out it was to send me a video to push a "miracle oil". I decided not to return and to elsewhere. Best thing I ever did. The new practice was wonderful. We did a number of exercises, gave me a workout plan for home, discussed what to look for with footwear and suggested adaptive equipment my insurance would cover. What a difference! I feel sad that people come for help and they are being pushed a product. People who need PT are vulnerable, often elderly or young kids on sports teams. They need help getting back to their normal activities. It wasn't professional or at all ethical.

I saw several chiropractors, thinking someone could fix the pain. Sometimes it would work for a few days, but then it would come back. Until I visited Dr. Diego Marmanillo in December 2024. The first treatment was like the others. The pain went away for a few days and then came back. I went back again and asked Dr. Diego, "Is there anything else you can do to take away the pain?" He said yes, there is a treatment that athletes use, but some insurance companies don't cover it. I said no problem. If the pain goes away, it's worth it. He took me to the SOFTWAVE TRT room. It's a machine like an ultrasound machine. He turned it on and ran it all over my waist. The machine has a plastic ball that pricks like a needle, but it only pricks in the areas where there is pain. When it passes over an area where there is no pain, you don't feel anything. I LIKED THAT. Because I felt that something was working. It took about 5 minutes. It passed over the areas where I had pain. I AM A FAITHFUL WITNESS. The pain went away instantly. It was very nice to know that the pain was gone. The pain did not return for two weeks. I went back for the same treatment and the pain went away again. This SOFTWAVE TRT is wonderful and really works. Now I understand why athletes get injured and return to play in a few days.
