She told me the only chance to save was to drive to a neutralist doctor in Illinois. She then said I needed an xray to determine the life expectancy for my dog. They charge me $400 to give me wrong information. The vet indicated to take him right away there or I wasn't going to be able to reverse the issue hurry she said before 24 hours. I prayed and went home. I made my dog salmon and rice and he got up and ate and then outside to use the bathroom. He changed his mind. lol. I will never go back to that vet they are scam doctors.

I explained when I scheduled appointment on phone technician stated the September 27 was a Thursday, I looked back at my white board and thats what was written on it. I told technician that could be there in 5 minutes. I was told 'NO". I asked to reschedule and Four Seasons Animal Hospital made me aware that there was a $25 dollar no show fee. I once again asked If I could come now, it would only take me 5 minutes. Once aging I was told "No". Since September, 2022 I have been receiving invoices for $25. Now they have started adding fees on to the invoice. Increasing the $25 fee. I have taken 5 of my pets (past or present) to Four Seasons Animal Hospital for over the past 7 years and never been late or missed an appointment. I have been receiving there mailers that my pets annual physical is overdue. Four Seasons Animal Hospital is more concerned about a $25 dollar fee than my pets wellbeing this should be a red flag to anyone who would take there pets there for health services. Four Seasons Animal Hospital never made an attempt to resolve this issue. As an existing client that has never missed or was late a compromise could of been splitting the $25 fee. Instead they just hid behind there invoices and mailers. They probably don't care maybe think customer will continue to take there pets there because of the inconvenience of switching veterinarians. I have since taken my pet to another clinic. This veterinarian clinic is clean, has state of art equipment and are very good with my pets. And when it comes to cost for similar annual vaccines and lab test are more than 30% less expensive. I saved more than 25$ in cost during my first visit to new pet clinic. Lets all be real its not the $25 that is the reason I refuse to go back to Four Seasons Animal Hospital, its the customer service, lack of communication and the cost of services. I will admit I am sacrificing the convince of the proximity to my home but I had to weigh all factors.

The biggest benefit to this clinic is that it is walk in appointments, except for surgeries. So convenient! The staff is friendly, yet professional. I have experience with five other clinics, and Hobart Animal Clinic is my favorite. I always request Dr. Wozniak, as she gets to the point and tells me what she would do if it were her animal. Reasonably priced, though this definitely isn't a low cost clinic. However, you get what you pay for here. New and clean facility, educated and friendly staff, walk-in welcome, wide range of preventatives. I love this place so much that I take my family's pets here, who live two hours away. I can't say enough good things about this place. Keep up the good work!

Total wait time so far is 2 hours. An hour out front and an hour in the room waiting on a Doctor. The young man who took us back was awesome. But this is ridiculous having to wait over 2 hrs when obviously they were not busy! I've been coming here for over 20 years with several pets. This is by far the worst!!! I think it's time to find another Veterinary Clinic. I do not recommend Hobart Animal Clinic!!! Stay away unless you have 2 to 3 hours of your time just to get updated vaccines for your pet!

Dr. Smith did not prescribe Carl the treatment he should have gotten and no mention of referring me to someone else. He only recommended a diet change and a CALCIUM based phosphate binder. Long story short Carl went to a specialist but it was too late and I had to say goodbye to him this last Monday. I'm done with Coyne, not one mention or recommendation for a blood test, their app stopped working for me like a year ago and no mention of them switching to a different app (which they apparently did and that's how I kept up with reminders), still sending me ads for Carl even though they have his records from the specialist where he passed on Monday - had to call and ask them to stop because it's just too painful to keep seeing, Dan's I was told I could start sub fluids as a treatment option....its not about what I COULD do or what I could try. It's about what does my baby NEED? Money isn't an issue for me so ZERO excuse to not remind per parents of blood checks or other vital information. Carl ended up needing several meds and the doctor at Coyne even agreed I could try them. Luckily, I'm never going back there and we are pulling our dog as well. I simply can't trust them and need peace of mind for my pet. Carl was there since 2018 and never one discussion about blood tests (should get checked twice per year). I strongly advise you to leave Coyne and go somewhere more personal and knowledgeable. I feel like Coyne is desensitized to sick pets and that's not good. GRILL your vets and be sure you can trust whomever is reading your babies blood tests. If you have a cat, go get them blood tested twice a year once they're over the age of 6.

Was rude to me and told me to put my phone down to listen to him. I was listening to him. He said that my dog was having seizures due to anxiety. He said that I would need to take him to a neurology vet to be evaluated. I told him that he had 2 seizures in less than 6 months. the first time was at 5 am in which he was not anxious and the second time he was not doing anything but standing in the kitchen. He is only anxious when I take him out. He told me that I was in denial about my dog having anxiety. I said ok he has anxiety yes but not during this time. I asked if he would treat the anxiety and he told me no. I asked him if I could have medication to stop the seizure as each one was almost 5 minutes and he stops breathing. He told me no. Referred me to a neurology vet in which I could not get in until Jan. He treated me like a child. He than charged me $68 for an exam that was done not even in my presence. No other work was done. I am a neurology nurse practitioner and know about seizures. I told him that I was not wanting to have a MRI of my dogs head. It was obvious that this was a significant seizure. He said seizure medications can be deadly. VERY RUDE DR. If i could leave zero stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE .

She also took all of the info and presented to the Dr. which was very concise and complete. Dr. Rodriquez was also great - she was also compassionate and thorough. Never made me feel like she needed to move on - she talked in terms I understood and gave info on what she was going to do and diagnosis. I thank her for being so compassionate and waiting until I was able to stop crying before she proceeded. Thank you to both of these women - I can't say enough good about them and would definitely come back again. We waited about an hour and 45 minutes. The veterinarian was personable and examined Bentley. He provided 2 options to determine a diagnosis. We decided to have x-rays, blood and fecal tests, etc. to obtain a diagnosis. It took another hour and a half of waiting for the process completion. The cost was pretty steep at $965; however, I can't imagine not doing everything I can to help one of my dogs who becomes ill. I care deeply for them (I have 2 dogs) and vowed to care for them when I got them. Some would call me crazy but that's how I feel. I'm committed to helping them whenever possible. The good news is the tests are negative. Bent has food allergies and tracheotomy issues. We are going to put a body collar on him and remove everything from around his neck. I am then going to change his diet to ensure no foods are included that cause allergy issues for him. He's allergic to fowl, kibble, and particular treats. He was prescribed probiotics and metronidazole. I'm looking forward to helping him heal. Needless to say, I'm glad he's going to be okay.
