Been working with them since 2012 for all my vehicle needs: registration, vehicle sale or purchase. I hate going to the DMV for the long wait times, appointments that are far off, and any time I find out I'm missing paperwork once I'm at a counter then having to repeat the process again later. Why go through all that when Middleman Liens can take care of all that for you in-house? And if you are confused about the paperwork, they are so knowledgeable they can get them for you, explain them, and walk you through the whole process. So much more convenient and super easy. Horrible service. My customers been waiting for thier titles 2 months and Mardi the owner keeps giving me excuse that the title has been transferred and you have to wait. I gave my customers temporary plates because I know that thier tag are expired and they need to get the new ones but Mardi saying that they don't need because he's checking on he's system and keep giving me excuse and he's telling me that you don't have experience. Please do not go to this place if you like your title it's not worth your money and your time. Even 1 star is too much. They are not responsible for thier jobs. read more

What a pleasant surprise! Fast service, knowledgeable courteous advice received. Reasonable fee that was explained in advance. Accepts credit and debit cards but with a 5% fee. Accepts checks at no fee. Office is set up to provide walkup outside service so Covid safe and employees wear masks. This was my most pleasant DMV in person visit ever. I arrived about 11am and was the only customer. I needed a duplicate registration card, address change, and duplicate title. DMV online just wasn't working for me, calling DMV was impossible, and I dread visiting DMV. If you need in person services this is the place to go! read more

I walked in with a stack of paperwork to register 5 different vehicles. Marty the owner sat down with me and helped me sort through what was relevant and offered his professional advice as how to complete each registration. In the case of one vehicle he took the time to describe in detail 2 different options and what would be the best route to finish the process. During this time of Covid, Marty and his staff took all the recommended precautions to help prevent possible infection. The service combined with the experience versus going to the DMV is well worth any service charge incurred to help a small business owner and his staff succeed during these trying times. This place is awesome. The only time I ever need to go to the DMV anymore is to renew my licence card. Marty and his crew have done everything from New trailer registration, title transfers, New plates, car registration and sorted out a messy title for me. I use Middle Man Lien for all my YOM transactions. I also use them for my Tow business to produce Lien packets. The staff is very knowledgeable on every facet of vehicle registration and lien sale process. One stop shop from Vin verification, title from out of state, YOM, and any other problems with title registrations. Also no long lines. Update from my last review...so after all the money missing and charging me for things that were not agreed upon... we got the title in a timely mannor. So atleast we were excited to register the car and put this all behind us and we did. Then (2) months later we get the california registration stickers in the mail. I didnt realize you had to pay California registration for a vehicle leaving state. But you do per the Ca DMV most other states will honor the payment and not charge you for the new states fees till the next year. But Middleman never told us this and held onto our stickers for two months without a mention. So thanks to them (sarcasium) our car is registered in two states and we are out of more money. I have yet to hear from the owner Marty. He doesnt seem to care at all about his customers. Lisa tried to help, Steve tried to help. Marty is the one that messed everything up and doesnt seem to care. Must happen alot. read more

middleman liens deals with getting a vehicle registered . they deal with vehicles that have not been registered or imports that do not have paper work complete. their customer service sucks. rarely they answer the phone. if they do they take your number and will never call back. one has to go in personally to get a reply. even emails do not work for them somehow. i should of done this job my self rather than waiting for over a year after giving all the requirements. they just sleep over the paperwork i presume and as mentioned before never bother to call and update the customer. i would not give them a single star if required and vow never to do business with this company. read more
