Unlike the other public facility where you always have to wait to talk to a person (who is usually busy and not their fault), Kildare is in 2020 and has online reservations which make it more convenient to not have to call and wait or leave voice mail.

I love these because it is exciting for children and engaging while also encouraging literacy and movement during family time. There is so much to do here. I really feel like your kid wouldn't get bored visiting this park. Also there is tons of parking. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays when we visited on the weekend.

Restrooms include changing stations and plenty of stalls. Overall, a great location for multiple sports.

However, the stadium is quaint, new, and clean. The absolute best part for me was the shaded seating and ceiling fans. For those sun enthusiasts, there is a tiny section left unshaded. They have a big screen that introduces all the home players, AstroTurf grass, wooden bats, and the stadium is well lit when the sun goes down. The mascot Sal the Salamander is a delight; great with the kids and fun to watch. Concessions are adequate for the size of the clientele and they offer the basics of hot dogs, beer, ice cream, and more. The parking was convenient. The lot was large and a short distance from the stadium. If you are in the mood for smaller crowds and a hometown baseball feel, north main athletic complex is a fantastic choice.
