The techs were very courteous and efficient. The place is clean and neat with all the actual work taking place on a whole floor below with ongoing communication between the parties. There were cross checks and double checks on everything. It was beyond full service! I wish these were in the US as that's where we live. The price was equivalent to what i would pay in the US. We have a motorhome and size wasn't an issue because there isn't a hoist. It's a complete service with all fluids topped off and wiper blades changed! The employees also looked and sounded happy!

Have had a few oil changes at the Portage Ave location and seemed ok. They don't seem to want to…read morepull the drain plug and suck the oil out the dip stick tube. I don't want this as it doesn't get any of the possible sludge and such out of the bottom of oil pan. The first two oil changes were fine then on the third was told my oil plug was hard to get out which I found odd I have changed the oil myself for years and have never had a problem. They said they couldn't get the drain plug to thread in and they would have to put a temporary plug in and i would need a new oil pan. I asked if they used a torque wrench when they put drain plug back in the last time and they said they did. I spoke with the manager and asked how is it that it was fine before and all of a sudden its damaged when they were the only ones to touch it? I have been changing oil for longer then any of there staff have been alive and have NEVER stripped a drain plug. So now I have to replace the oil pan on the car as now the drain plug can't be removed. I was told if I want them to replace/repair it I will have to prove it was there fault. They took no accountability at all and tried to say its very common the oil pan strips out on high milage vehicles. I had the motor replaced by a red seal mechanic and it only has 130000 kms so your explanation is BS. The manager continued to repeat the same thing so I have filed a formal complaint. I have dealt with some unprofessional businesses before but nothing as bad as this place! If you like your vehicle I would strongly advise read reviews on these kind of services.
