A wheel alignment is all I needed to be done. I drop it off and when I came back to pick it up, front desk (James) enumerated $800+ worth of other repairs - or I can just opt for $300+ that I apparently need to get the wheel aligned. I declined so nothing was done, wasted few hours and was charged $80+ for it. Now, they can argue with all their technical terms that those things were required to get the work I asked to be done. I'm not car or mechanic savvy, but I know that we had the most pressing issues fixed so that the vehicle can be used, and the wheel alignment was to correct the pull as a result of that recent repair. The $800 invoice included, bulb color replacement, wiper blades, tie rod (that was just replaced), among others. When I was told I needed to replace the item I just got repaired, I realized I'm being scammed. They even sent a link to the "diagnosis" which was very inconsistent with the invoice I have- this one talked about tires being a problem now but the wipers and lights are fine. It's getting hard nowadays to find an honest shop, that will not upsell you or rip you off and there are still some out there, but NOT this one. They did not deserve the fees I paid.

The techs were very courteous and efficient. The place is clean and neat with all the actual work taking place on a whole floor below with ongoing communication between the parties. There were cross checks and double checks on everything. It was beyond full service! I wish these were in the US as that's where we live. The price was equivalent to what i would pay in the US. We have a motorhome and size wasn't an issue because there isn't a hoist. It's a complete service with all fluids topped off and wiper blades changed! The employees also looked and sounded happy!

They asked me what kind of oil I wanted and told just the regular oil. When they gave me the bill and got home, a few minutes later... instead of charging me for regular oil, they put in, can't prove it, synthetic oil for a lot more money. I went online to their website and sent a very crude feedback comment and never heard back from them. I will never ever deal with Mr. Lube again. Mr. Lube are rip off artists, don't deal with them. I'll be going back to Super Lube like I've done before and never had a problem with them.
