They were quick but not rushed! (Not in that big of a hurry!) They DID NOT try to upsell me on anything. But did make me aware of scheduled maintenance suggestions for my vehicle- with a printed out copy. The price for full synthetic oil wasn't that much cheaper than the dealership- but I didn't have to burn a few hours! They also have full service mechanics onsite in an adjacent building (didn't use- but good to know) I'll be back in a few thousand miles.

First they didn't want to accept their OWN coupon since I was using one for the oil change they sent both coupons in 1 email but wouldn't accept 2 coupons at the same appointment! Finally the manager agreed. Well, they told me they were unable to get the transmission dipstick out so they couldn't do the transmission fluid change. They said 3 mechanics tried and couldn't get it out! Fast forward a couple days and I took my car to REAL mechanics. Valvoline "mechanics" broke the part! Now I have to pay for the part as well as the service to fix the Valvoline error! I'll never go to any Valvoline ever again! I'll tell as many customers as I can about this situation!!!!

They are issued direct from Jiffy Lube, and it's a no brainer. It's $10 off for conventional oil change, and $15 off if you use synthetic oil. They have two versions of synthetic... one was about $79 the other over $100. I chose the lesser, but out the door (taxes? and this was in the suburbs where the taxes are less) it was about $98. But, I thought it was worth the deal. My only real grief was on the tire pressure. I asked them twice to fill them to 35 psi., and was assured that this was done. When I got home and checked them using two different gauges they were all between 25 psi and 28 psi!! And my wife was going on a cross country trip the next day. Fortunately I had a nice little portable electric air pump that plugs in to what used to be a round cigarette interface in the car, and screws on to the tire stem, and worked to perfection. On Amazon: NOCO AIR15 UltraFast 15A Tire Inflator, 12V Portable Air Compressor Pump. I'm not sure how that happened. They were very nice. Offered some extras, but no hard sell. Perhaps the guy filling the tires was new, and didn't quite get the hang of it, but 25 psi to 28 psi is dangerously low, when your going to be driving through the Blue Ridge Mountains doing 70 mph+
