Brought in for front suspension issues that were bad and was told just needed front shocks . I stated please go over it and give it 100 percent as I can't take the hard hitting anymore on most bumps and something is wrong with this front end suspension for this car I just took over and drive daily ... So I left w front shocks 1200 and had the same issues . Even went back and said it changed nothing then was told well u have after market springs ( so why would you put those back on was my first question) but then was told we could change them to stock 100 and something each and 900 more total . I would have changed them at the time if known for sure . Anyway went to another shop and right away was told the control arm is shot ... springs are after market sport style to sit lower - and are 1.5 lower then stock So we fixed both and bam perfect suspension... So thanks for really being helpful with this issue and showing me not all shops are the same at all NO I DONT RECOMMEND- message me for a much better stand up shop !!!! read more

I wish I could give this garage ZERO stars........ So one day on my way into work my low pressure tire light came on. I stopped at 3 gas stations to put air in my tires in the pouring rain....first one had no air, second one air was out of service and the third one I put air in my tire, but without a tire pressure gauge I had no idea of whether or not I put enough air in. Anyways I decided just to stop at this garage and have a "professional" check my tires. I parked and walked inside (in the pouring rain) where no one was manning the desk. A man in the garage area waved to me and shortly came inside to see what I needed. He was by far the rudest man ever!!!!!!! I started to explain what I needed and he rudely cut me off telling me to pull my car into the garage.....I hesitated and continued to tell my story and he rudely interrupted me and said in the time you are standing here wasting my time while you talk, you could've pulled your car inside......really? I drove here from NY in my BMW X5. When I arrived I got a warning telling me my car wouldn't start in 200 miles. I took it to the dealership and could not afford the bill. Didn't prepare for this to happen. I went to another shop and he informed me that he couldn't fix it but referred me to Matt. When I arrived he was waiting for me. For 6 hours he worked on my car. Well past closing time he was working on it. He needed to take the car on a trip to reset the code and called me to get permission to take it on the highway. When that didn't work he came back and tried something else. When that didn't work, he felt genuinely sorry for not being able to help. If you want someone that really cares about what they do. If you have a problem they will take care of it quickly and carefully. They have done brake jobs, front end repair, engine and transmission work for me on an Avanti, several Chrysler Sebring, a Crossfire, a Packard, a Crossfire and a Citroen, and I've been more than pleased with their work, their prices and their understanding. If you have an MB, BMW, Porsche or Audi that is off warranty and you want to save a bundle over dealer service give them a call. This guy is the biggest ripoff in the planet. He sounds like a car sales man. He will charge you as much as a dealer and the invoice is hand written. He will charge you double for the cheapest parts that he use. Basically just a front or back break pad and rotor service will cost you more than $350 and will not last you more than a year. He will tell you about the quality of work and the parts he use, but some one changed the breaks in a parking lot with Carquest parts(less than $200 everything) lasted me a lot more than his work. read more

Drive up from St. Louis for a lacrosse tournament. Brakes go out as I arrive. It 3:45 on a Friday afternoon and I'm staying in Downer's Grove 30 minutes from where the fields are in Naperville and my daughter has 5 games over the next two days.
