Went here for an alignment and upon picking up my car I realized that it was worse than before I took it in. When I had my father look at the car he realized that the sway bar connector was missing a bolt. This would of been a minor issue if it had not been for me going up there to inform them of this and I was then told it essentially was wasn't their problem and to " have a nice fucking day" very aggressively. Very highly upset with this interaction and the "service" that was done. Don't go here unless you want more issues than you came with and when trying to have the situation made right you get majorly rude customer service. read more

Got my alignment done but the car felt worse then when I got it so I check to see myself and for some reason the sway bar wasn't connected on one side so ofc I was like wtf. They had previously told me that the bolt was loose and since it's apart of the alignment you'd think they'd tighten it. The bolt was completely gone yet they is no marks of it ripping off. But when I was getting the alignment done the mechanic showed me underneath the car and told me that it was loose but when I looked it wasn't connected, so I thought alright he's going to tighten in when I go inside. As shown in the picture it wasn't ripped off from driving otherwise you'd see marks from it so it clearly he didn't put it back on. So I go up there to get this issue fixed the mechanic then yells saying that he told me it wasn't ever connected yet on the paper they gave me it says the bolt was loose not missing. But as we are telling him he said it was loose he slams my paper I handed him on the counter and walks out of the room and as we are leaving he starts threatening us and telling us to do something about it and threatening to fight us so I then leave because I'm not trying to deal with some angry dude over a bolt he could've simply fixed. read more

This is the only place I really trust when it comes to car repair. I literally do not get anything fixed on my car unless these people say it needs fixing. If another place says I need something repaired, I wait until my next oil change, go here, and see if they mention anything. If they do, I get it fixed; if not, I let it go. I've driven my car over 120,000 miles now, and that strategy has yet to fail me. This mechanic is the most honest one I've ever met. He will tell you when something is wrong with your car, but if it doesn't need to be repaired, or just doesn't need to be yet, he'll tell you, and he'll explain why. He takes me and shows me what he's talking about on my car. Plus, they always have those Valpak coupons, so it's cheap too! And lifetime warranties on brake pads and rotors! read more

I took my 2002 Grand Marquis in for an oil change on March 5, 2019 and they stated that I needed several things to repair as well. These are 2x Outer Tie Rod End (269299969) for $128.99/ea. Idler Arm (K8283) for $164.99. So $422.97 in parts. At Autozone a tie rod end is only ~$30. An idler arm is at most $69. So they are charging me $422.97 for something that is in stock at an Autozone 0.2 miles away for ~$130. So I went in and discussed my concern with Yogi and another mechanic. Yogi was cool and said that he'd see what he could do for me while the other guy used the "Shops are always going to charge more than autostores and we can't allow you to provide your own because we can't warranty them." He also added that he "refuses to use Duralast because they don't last." I asked him which brands he used but he refused to answer. Seems shady. In the end the still overcharged me a bit for the parts but a lot less severe. They reduced the cost of my outer tie rods from $128.99/ea to $59.99/ea and my idler arm from $164.99 to $89.99. So my total in parts that were orginally $422.97 was reduced by $213 to a total of $209.97. Still a bit much since Autozone quoted me. Since they don't use Duralast I can get two Valucraft tie rod ends (VES2056R) and a Valucraft idler arm (VFA1174) for only ~$70. So should I get upset that they still charged me over $200? I think I'm justified, but at least it's not over $400 like it was when originally quoted. (Invoice #0076540) read more

Nice bunch of folks here and fast honest service, however dont take a mini cooper here for a brake job. I had new pads and rotors replaced and things were great for about 5 months and then the lug nuts started backing out due to the rotors not being secured properly. Optimistically speaking I believe it was just ignorance on the mehanic's part but nevertheless faulty work happened. Found out damage was done to the hub on the back rear and need new rotor for the front left. not happy. read more
